Jesse James gets out of ticket by talking about his marriage

But unfortunately for him, Radaronline reports that Sandra is really going through with the divorce, despite speculation she could stay. The same source says that the actress feels like her marriage has been one big lie. We can't really disagree there... Sandra deserves so much better!!!

In less important news, the cheater himself recently got pulled over by the California Highway Patrol, and (gasp) used his crumbling marriage as a way to get out of a ticket! Law enforcement sources told TMZ that James was pulled over last Friday outside of Blythe, California after he was spotted driving a black Mercedes with no license plate and tinted windows. He apparently had a mini pity-party with the officer, declaring that he was on his way to Arizona to save his marriage. J. James must have drawn some sympathy, because he got away with only a warning.

Poor guy.
