Heidi Montag Calls the Cops on Her Mom After She Tries Making Contact with her Daughter

Reports that Heidi Montag has been brainwashed by her deranged husband must be true, because today she called the cops on her own mom. Darlene Egelhoff reportedly showed up at the L.A. home Heidi shares with Spencer Pratt in an attempt to make contact with her daughter. Los Angeles police confirm that Egelhoff showed up to the residence and was turned away. "Officers arrived on the scene and advised the mother that since her daughter's an adult, she doesn't have to speak to [the mom] if she doesn't want to," Los Angeles Police Department Sgt. Leffew tells PEOPLE. "The mother said 'fine, no problem' and left. There were no citations or arrests."

US Weekly's newest issue features the Montag family drama with Speidi on its cover. Inside Darlene tearfully confesses that she didn't hear from Heidi on Mother's Day. How sad is that?!

As for her take on the situation, Heidi had this to say:
"My mom showed up unannounced to my house when she knows I have no interest in seeing or talking with her," Montag, 23, tells PEOPLE. "She tore my heart out on national television. She is just trying to create drama in my life."

Tore your heart out on national television? As in went along with a scripted scene that you knew about ahead of time?

We feel bad for Heidi's mom and sisters. The way they have been treated by her deuche husband is despicable... while she just sat there and allowed it to happen. As for the wanna-be barbie doll herself, we think she's incredibly pathetic... and stupid. Who becomes so submissive to their looned out husband that they cut off all of their family members?? And what's gonna happen once she finally leaves psycho and has nobody left? Idiot.
