Yay for the news that Sandra Bullock will be attending this year's MTV Movie Awards, as it will be her first televised appearance since the Oscars.
People reports that Bullock has been named as the recipient of this year's MTV Generation Award, and she will be on hand during the show to accept the honor.
This year marks the first time a woman has received this award. Past recipients include Ben Stiller, Adam Sandler, Mike Myers, Tom Cruise and Jim Carrey.
The Movie Awards will air live on Sunday, June 6 at 9 p.m. ET.
