Detroit Millionaire Wanted in Brutal Murder of 23-Year-Old, Turns Himself In

The son of a Detroit Powerhouse Gym co-founder has turned himself in for a brutal murder, Fox News reports. Peter N. Dabish, 24, surrendered himself yesterday after being on the run for weeks. He was arraigned this afternoon on 1st degree murder and torture charges in the death of 23-year-old Diana DeMayo. The victim's father told The Detroit News that his daughter was helping Dabish move into a downtown apartment when she was attacked March 11. He says she was pronounced brain dead at a hospital and later taken off life support. The Detroit Free Press reported that Diana DeMayo died from multiple blunt force injuries.

In a very disturbing part of the story, The Detroit Free Press reports that the DeMayo family experienced harassment at the hands of Peter Dabish, before Diana was taken off life support AND after! When she was in the hospital they reported receiving a call from someone asking if she was dead and Dabish got on the line yelling obscenities. It happened again after she died, this time with a call inquiring about funeral arrangements before Dabish started yelling into the phone (The Free Press).


What?! This is so awful! What a SICKO!
