In Touch Weekly's New Cover Says Charlie Sheen is Cheating While in Rehab

We certainly wouldn't put this past him. The new cover story of In Touch Weekly is claiming that Charlie Sheen has been slipping out of rehab to carouse with a lingerie model/escort. Sheen's publicist gave E! an excuse for his client's donning the fake mustache, saying the actor was just having fun with the paparazzi while on his way to help out a friend. According to E's website, publicist Stan Rosenfield told them: "The woman in question is the sister of one of Sheen's campmates, and Sheen was only responding to a 12th-step call." In Touch reports that the so-called mistress is Angelina Tracy, who goes by the name Nina. Hanging around with around with someone's sister? What could he possibly be helping her out with?

Sheen does have a thing for escorts, if you remember his business relationship with Hollywood Madam Heidi Fleiss.

...I've never understood how Charlie Sheen gets these women in the first place! He's an ass, and he's not even good looking! Both Brooke Mueller and Denise Richards are GORGEOUS.
