Steven Seagal has long played the action hero in dozens of movies, and he even has his own reality show called Steven Seagal: Lawman. That’s why it’s so surprising that he’s now at the center of a lawsuit alleging sexual assault and human trafficking. A former employee of Seagal's is suing him for a million dollars, alleging he hired her as a personal assistant then attempted to use her for sex. In a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Kayden Nguyen, 23, claimed Seagal flew her to New Orleans in February after hiring her through a Craigslist ad. The legal documents state Seagal "treated Ms Nguyen as his sex toy." They also claim Seagal had two female Russian attendants on staff "who were available for his sexual needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week." Explicit details included in the legal documents are quite appalling, if they are indeed factual.
E! News reveals what's inside the court documents being used in the suit against the movie star. According to Nguyen's version of events, Seagal forcefully touched her the first night she was there, then told her "You aren't allowed to tell anybody" as she ran away. In the lawsuit's second episode of sexual assault, Seagal forced his hand between her legs and forced her to consume "illegal pills". The former employee also said that while traveling with the Lawman to New Orleans, where his reality show is taped, he told her that his wife would be okay with his extra-marital activities. He reportedly told her: "I'm a family man, and I live with my wife, but she wouldn't care if you were my lover."
Kayden Nguyen’s suit alleges that she left the house on Feb. 28 after a third assault. The complaint states that she left the house and never returned, leaving behind "everything of value she owned," including clothes, makeup, her cell phone and her laptop. Nguyen says she was told she wouldn't get any of her things back unless she signed a release promising not to sue Seagal and his wife, but she refused to sign anything.
Radaronline.com reports that Seagal is being sued for sexual harassment, illegal trafficking of females for sex, failure to prevent sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and false representations about unemployment.
Ewww... if this is true, Steven Seagal is a total creep and a sexual predator. If you want to read all of the gross details of his alleged misconduct, visit the E! article on the story.
