MTV News reported earlier today that Whitney Houston's next three tour stops have been postponed, as she has been advised by doctors not to perform. "Doctors visited Whitney late last night in Paris and confirmed that she was suffering from an upper respiratory infection," says a statement on the Manchester Evening News Arena's site. "Upon medical advice Whitney has been advised that she cannot perform to allow her time to recover."
The European leg of her world tour was to scheduled to be in Paris, Manchester, and then Glasgow, starting tomorrow (Thursday April 8th). According to the Web site for the Manchester venue, she has postponed those shows until June 16 and 17. The singer also rescheduled Sunday's concert in Glasgow, Scotland, for May 1. (MTV News)
