Jersey Shore Season 2 Now Filming

MTV's 'Jersey Shore' cast is currently en route to Miami to begin filming for Season 2, TMZ reports. This time around the cast will be staying at the ultra-posh Metropole Hotel in South Beach, which is conveniently located near many of the top nightclubs and restaurants. Filming is slated to take two months, with MTV anxious to get the 12 episodes shot and on the airwaves by this summer.

The only thing I can say here is- Snooki, please wax that mustache before the season starts!

Michelle McGee Picks a Fight with Chelsea Handler (Yess)

Michelle McGee, now infamous for bragging about her alleged affair with Jesse James, must never be at a loss for words. When Chelsea Handler poked fun at her on her E! Blog, McGee did not take to it well. Apparently she is unaware of what Chelsea does for a living, and that someone in her position, well she probably shouldn't take it so personally. The following is from Chelsea's blog:

"In a recent interview, Denny McGee said that Michelle really believed that Sandra and Jesse were separated and was 'shocked' to see them together at the Oscars. I guess she doesn't read magazines, which makes sense since she basically has one on her face."

LOL... but Michelle was infuriated by the remarks, taking to her Facebook account (which she seems to live on) and stating: "use some of that botox from your forehead and put it in your flabby underarm skin..Ive seen better wings in a bucket of KFC chicken." Then later the status read: "In all seriousness, Im a big fan of Chelsea Lately...I was laughing my ass off.... feel so honored to have a transexual poke fun of me..."

........ When is Chelsea on next?!!!

Postbaby Bikini Bods....

So it just came to my attention that Life & Style has Kourtney Kardashian on the cover, the headline reading "How I lost 33 pounds." Not surprisingly she's in a bikini and looks really good. Then a thought hit me, and I was like... Why is this a popular cover feature? I'm going to guess they sell well? Either way, it seems sort of ridiculous that women are rushed into having a bikini body after giving birth to a child. It probably makes the women who buy it feel that they also need to look like that in the same amount of time. Life & Style's website published some of the issue's interview with Kourtney on their website, and this is a snippet:

L&S: Have you reached your goal?
Kourtney: I have a few pounds until I get back to what I was before: 100 pounds. But I feel comfortable. I weigh about 107 pounds.

.. Not that someone her height shouldn't weigh 107, because many people do and they look totally healthy. But 3 months after having a baby? really? Hmmm

Two Bodies Found, One Suspected to be that of Missing 7-Year-Old Aja Johnson

Oklahoma police believe they have found the bodies of missing 7-year-old Aja Johnson and her stepfather Lester Hobbs, CBS News reported. The discovery was made on Monday when an anonymous 911 call led police to an abandoned vehicle in the woods, about 20 miles south of Oklahoma City. Family fears grew after Aja's mother, Tonya Hobbs, was found dead Jan. 24 inside Lester Hobbs' motor home in Geronimo. Pictures of the 7-year-old and her alleged abductor, along with his vehicle, were shown on news programs as part of an Amber Alert. Police were also offering a $20,000 reward as of February 1st, when the girl had been missing for 7 days.

According to CBS News, the Oklahoma Medical Examiner's office believes papers found inside Hobbs’ car are likely to be a suicide note. A cause of death has not been determined for either individual.

Even though the Amber Alert system has proven to work in recent years, it looks like the court system actually failed to stop this very violent person from being around a child. The Dallas News reported that Aja Johnson's mother and father each went to court to prevent Lester Hobbs from seeing the 7-year-old girl, his stepdaughter, but both attempts failed. The article goes on to say that Tonya Hobbs went as far as telling the court in August that she feared that her estranged husband would crush the girl’s skull with a hammer?! This is especially bothersome since Tonya Hobbs was found bludgeoned to death.

Unfortunately, it looks like the girl's mother is the one who ultimately allowed her to be in harm’s way. On the weekend that she was murdered, Tonya Hobbs told Aja’s father, J.J. Johnson, that she was taking the little girl to a birthday party. She ended up taking her to visit Lester Hobbs, and tragedy ensued.

Hornball Jesse James Checks into Rehab

Turns out the story Jesse James fed the CHP has some truth to it; he was on his way to Arizona. Various sources are now reporting that Sandra Bullock's philandering (soon-to-be ex) husband has checked himself into the Sierra Tucson facility. A rep for James confirmed the story to People magazine, saying that the star had "checked himself into a treatment facility to deal with personal issues.” A source also told People that rehab was “100 percent his own idea.”


Hm... wonder what he's going to rehab for?

Levi Johnston is really getting a reality show… wait, what?

I thought this was a joke! Now Showbiz Tonight is featuring a casual interview with Levi Johnston where he talks about what people can expect to see on his reality show, tentatively dubbed “Entourage on Ice.” LOL. Really? Is a network really going to carry something for someone who is famous for being Sarah Palin’s daughter’s baby-daddy? I guess anything is possible… but I really thought this was a joke.

During HLN's Showbiz Tonight clip Levi said the show will involve him running around with his “crew” in Alaska while looking for love. Sounds amazing...

Sarah Palin Hosting Fox News Show, Starts Thursday

Sarah Palin has already signed on to do a documentary series about Alaska that will air on TLC later this year. Now the Chicago Tribune is reporting that the former governor will host the FOX News series "Real American Stories," which premieres Thursday night at 10 PM. It will pre-empt "On the Record with Greta Van Susteren." The show is going to chronicle people with real-life tales of overcoming adversity. According to the Tribune, “Real American Stories” is part of a deal Palin made with FOX in January to join the network as a contributor. The first episode will feature stories about a Marine who died to save his fellow soldiers and a stock broker who helps underprivileged students pay for college.

Thursday’s show will also feature appearances by several celebrities who will discuss overcoming adversity in their own careers. As of now the list includes musicians Toby Keith and LL Cool J, along with former GE Chief Executive Jack Welch.

Real-life "Mean Girls" Responsible For Teen's Suicide??!

As more details come to light about the bullied teenager who took her own life in Massachusetts earlier this year, outrage is following. Phoebe Prince, aged 15, hung herself on January 14th after experiencing months of torment by classmates in person and online, a prosecutor said Monday. The teenager had immigrated to South Hadley, MA from Ireland last year and enrolled in high school. Once there, it is alleged she endured three months of vicious bullying and harassment from classmates. The Montreal Gazette published a story on the outrage surrounding this incident and included comments from the local district attorney, who has charged nine students with a variety of crimes, including stalking, harassment and statutory rape. Elizabeth Scheibel is quoted as saying these individuals made Phoebe’s last day alive “tortuous”, adding that she was subjected to both verbal and physical threats. Perhaps the most disturbing part of the Gazette’s article includes mention of a real-life Mean Girls clique, a group that allegedly made Phoebe Prince’s life hell in revenge for dating an older boy. Yes, all that torment over dating someone who is in the “older girls” age group! Isn’t that commonplace in every high school?

That is just as outrageous as it is tragic. Where the F were the teachers, school administrators? According to the Gazette’s report, District attorney Scheibel believes they are indeed at fault for being M.I.A., stating that the bullying had been “common knowledge.” In addition, she says that prior to Phoebe’s death, her mother spoke with at least two school staff members about the harassment her daughter had reported to her. WHAT? That is so ridiculous. If someone were being cornered and harassed everyday by a group of “mean girls”, why wouldn’t someone immediately step in? Aren’t we way past this era of such grade-school level behavior?

Now a young girl is gone because of something that obviously could have been prevented. SO TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

Jesse James gets out of ticket by talking about his marriage

But unfortunately for him, Radaronline reports that Sandra is really going through with the divorce, despite speculation she could stay. The same source says that the actress feels like her marriage has been one big lie. We can't really disagree there... Sandra deserves so much better!!!

In less important news, the cheater himself recently got pulled over by the California Highway Patrol, and (gasp) used his crumbling marriage as a way to get out of a ticket! Law enforcement sources told TMZ that James was pulled over last Friday outside of Blythe, California after he was spotted driving a black Mercedes with no license plate and tinted windows. He apparently had a mini pity-party with the officer, declaring that he was on his way to Arizona to save his marriage. J. James must have drawn some sympathy, because he got away with only a warning.

Speidi No More?

OK! Magazine is reporting that Heidi Montag has walked out on her husband after fewer than 18 months of marriage. Hard to believe? Yess..... but one of those Ha! moments (if it's true). These two have been really annoying, always putting their relationship on blast and bragging about how "happy" and "lucky" they are. Remember Heidi being quoted as saying she felt bad for other women, because they do not have the sex life that she enjoys with her amazing husband Spencer? LOL.

Things started appearing less than perfect with Speidi a few weeks ago when Heidi had to fire Spencer as her manager so that their marriage wouldn't be "doomed". Fast forward to the present, and Spencer is said to be living at the L.A. home alone while Heidi is staying with friends. OK!'s article even quotes a source close to the couple as saying “She’s moving out of her house and away from Spencer.”

Uhh oh.

Ricky Martin Comes Out (Finally)

The timing is certainly random, but the news shouldn't be a shock to anyone: Ricky Martin has come out of the closet. On his official website the singer ends a pretty lengthy posting with the statement "I am proud to say that I am a fortunate homosexual man. I am very blessed to be who I am."

The Ricky Martin website is currently down, probably due to an overload of traffic, but USA Today's article on the story includes the entire message written by Martin. In it the singer mentions his twin boys as being the primary motivation for his coming out.

Judge delays divorce for murder-for-hire newlywed Dalia Dippolito

The 27-year-old woman accused of trying to hire a hit man to kill her husband in Palm Beach was due in court this morning for a status hearing. The HLN news network now reports that a judge is delaying a divorce for Michael and Dalia Dippolito because it would interfere with the bride's criminal case as new evidence emerges. So until all possible evidence can be gathered through the use of taped conversations, poor Michael will have to wait to divorce his would-be killer.

Dalia Dippolito was caught on tape several times last August as she tried to plan the murder of her husband. As part of the sting police staged a crime scene and videotaped Dalia's reaction to the news of his imaginary murder. Following a show of hysterics, they then took her to the police station and interviewed her until revealing the operation and the fact Michael Dippolito was still alive. Dalia responded by urging her husband to “come here!” until he was ushered away.

Prior to being caught by undercovers, the 27-year-old had made two other attempts to carry out her plan on her husband of 6 months. The Palm Beach Post reported that at first a real hit man ran off with her money, then she tried to spike her husband’s iced-tea with antifreeze, albeit unsuccessfully. Finally she turned to her lover, who ironically ended up being the one to turn her in! Awesome.

The Palm Beach Post also reports that Michael Dippolito had paid cash for a town home in Boynton Beach six days before his wedding to Dalia, and according to testimony, his wife had suggested he transfer his assets to her because he had a "probation lien”. Dalia Dippolito was arrested less than a week after the title of her husband’s property was transferred to her.

Sandra Bullock Back in L.A., Ready to Divorce Jesse James

TMZ reported last Wednesday that Sandra Bullock has returned to the Hollywood Hills home she lived in before her marriage. Neighbors commented on activity at the house with cars coming and going during the last few days. Apparently Bullock bought the home in 2001 and never sold it, even after moving into the house she and James share in Sunset Beach.

Fortunately, sources tell Popeater that the actress’ return to California was to set in motion her divorce from the adulterous Jesse James.

Pornographer Charged in Somer Thompson Murder Case

A Florida man currently being held on child pornography charges has now been charged with the murder of 7-year-old Somer Thompson. Jarred Mitchell Harrell, 24, faces multiple charges including premeditated murder, sexual battery of a child under 12, and lewd and lascivious battery. The little girl went missing from a Jacksonville suburb in October of 2009 while walking home from school. Her body was later recovered from a Georgia landfill. Press reports said at the time of her disappearance, Harrell was living with his parents in a house that was on Somer's route to and from school. In addition it was reported that DNA evidence also linked him to the crime.

Jarred Mitchell Harrell was arrested in Meridian, Mississippi on a Florida warrant on more than 50 charges related to the sexual assault of another girl which he allegedly videotaped. He has entered a not guilty plea to the charges.

LeAnn Rimes sucks

Can't resist commenting on this. Homewrecker/cheater LeAnn Rimes sucks more than before (if that's even possible). Apparently she doesn't want Eddie Cibrian's ex-wife, Brandi Glanville, to be with their son on his birthday. E News reported this story yesterday, explaining that Glanville's son with Cibrian has a birthday that falls on a day that's in Eddie's custodial schedule. Although the two had planned to do something together for the April 15th occasion, Eddie changed his mind, telling Glanville "it would make LeAnn uncomfortable." Brandi G. went on to tell E News that she has been more than accomodating when it comes to her ex's time with their kids, even signing and notarizing a document that permitted Eddie and homewrecker Rimes to take them to Mexico for vacation. Meanwhile Brandi spent Christmas Eve and Christmas morning alone, according to the E story.

Eww... LeAnn makes us uncomfortable, since she cheated on her own husband and then stepped out publicly with Cibrian following the break-ups. She seems to have no remorse for breaking up somebody's home and betraying her own spouse. Hopefully what goes around comes around!

Tribute held for Amber Dubois in California

More than a thousand people gathered at Escondido High School on Saturday to remember Amber Dubois, the 14-year-old who disappeared from the area in February of last year. The Associated Press reported that the ceremony included family, friends, and teachers of the teen as well as several farm animals, since these were a big part of Amber's heart. In fact when she disappeared, Amber was carrying a check for $200 with which she planned to pay for a lamb that she would raise for the Future Farmers of America. Her favorite animal, the wolf, appeared in front of the stage along with a llama, monkey, snake and goats.
The ceremony came to a close when the parents of Amber and three other California girls who have been kidnapped and killed each released a dove on stage.

The Amber Dubois disappearance became the focus of many primetime news programs and had remained that way until March 6th when a tragic discovery was made. Bones identified as those of the 14-year-old Escondido teen were discovered in a rugged, remote area north of San Diego (Associated Press). The girl had gone missing while on her way to school on February 13th, 2009. Convicted sex offender John Gardner III is the only suspect that police have named in Amber's death but he has not been charged. Gardner has been charged in the case of Chelsea King, and he pleaded not guilty on March 3rd.

Mother from WA still missing after son's body found

So sad... days have passed since 8-year-old Azriel Carver's body was found on an island beach in Puget Sound, but his mom, Shantina Smiley, is still missing. The 29-year-old and her son are said to have disappeared on March 13th, during a 120-mile trip from Silverdale, WA to Castle Rock where they were going to visit the little boy's step-grandfather. According to several sightings reported in the news, about halfway into the trip Shantina made a series of stops in Olympia and appeared to be lost. Days later on March 18th Azriel's body was found on the south end of Fox Island. He was found twelve miles from where their van was recovered partially submerged on a private beach in Puget Sound. Items washed ashore that are believed to have come from Smiley's van, and the list included two mismatched leather shoes, a half-full and corked wine bottle, an inhaler and an orange ball (CBS News, March 18th). The surveillance video from Saturday that observes Shantina and her son in the Handy Pantry convenience store indeed shows the mother buying wine. CBS news reported that her fiance, Robb Simmons, told authorities she was a recovering alcoholic who had relapsed two weeks ago. Unfortunately, this series of events makes it look as if Shantina may have met the same fate as her son. An autopsy performed Friday determined Azriel's death to be the result of an accidental drowning.

Colombian model becomes one of South America's "Most Wanted"?!

A former Colombian model who was at the height of her career 10 years ago is now one of South America's "Most Wanted", on the run after being implicated in a drug trafficking ring. CNN News reports that Interpol has issued an international arrest warrant for Angie Sanclemente, 30, who was once named "the Queen of Coffee." Authorities in Argentina believe she may be the "queen pin" of an international operation that uses models as drug mules to move suitcases loaded with cocaine out of Buenos Aires airport. Six individuals have already been arrested in connection with the operation, including a 21-year-old female named only as "Maria". She was arrested at the Buenos Aires airport in December as she tried to board a flight bound for Cancun, Mexico with 120 pounds of cocaine. Sources say some of those arrested have named Sanclemente and her Argentine male model boyfriend, now in custody, as the ringleaders of the trafficking ring.

Although she has managed to evade the authorities, Sanclemente has reportedly been posting messages to her facebook account. Among them are claims she is innocent and that she does not deserve to go to jail.

WE's "Little Miss Perfect" should not be a show!!

I should have written this a while ago when it first caught my attention, but I still want to make it a point. I can't believe I haven't read any other outrage over this show, or maybe I'm just looking in the wrong places. But is WE serious with "Little Miss Perfect"? Has anyone else seen this? The host, whom the WE website calls a "world-renowned pageant expert", is this over-the-top character named Michael Galanes. If you watch him interview the little girls, you won't believe he's being serious. On one of the episodes I forced myself to watch, one of the little girls has a meltdown before another round because she says her stomach hurts. Her mom responds by saying she's probably just hungry. ?!

Why are these little girls being painted and dressed up in doll clothes anyways? I just cannot fathom how in today's age this show even got on the air.

Ohio Mother & Stepfather Indicted in 4-Year-Old's Death

This is just sickening. On top of the Marc Bookal case, another 4 year-old's death came at the hands of his parent(s) - and they are being officially charged! 10TV News out of Columbus reports that Nikkie Reeves, biological mother to Lawrence King III, and her husband, John J. Reeves, were indicted today by a Franklin County Grand Jury on multiple charges related to the March 18th death of the little boy.

Lawrence King III died after being found unresponsive inside the Reeves' far-east side apartment, 10TV news reports. Nikkie & John Reeves initially said the boy may have been injured while fighting with his cousin, but the mother later recanted that story. She admitted to police that stepfather John Reeves beat the child as a form of punishment while she remained in a bedroom with her 3 younger children, the music cranked up. According to the Columbus Dispatch, Nikkie Reed said she heard her son being thrown against a wall, then later saw him convulsing. Police say the couple didn't call for help until more than four hours later, first trying to revive the boy in cold water.

Perhaps what is most upsetting about this case is the fact that little Lawrence had been in the care of his paternal grandmother up until February 26th of this year. The Columbus Dispatch reported that Lori N. Jones told the courts that she "wanted to hide him somewhere" because "she knew something was going to happen." This is so hard to accept!!! Why did Nikkie Reeves take on the responsibility of the 4 year-old when she had someone else (the grandmother) who was more than willing to provide for him? The way this child was treated is ABOMINABLE. John J. Reeves is a sick man, but in my opinion the mother is just as responsible for her son's death. When will women STOP letting men abuse their children?! Or better yet, when will women stop settling for these pathetic excuses of human beings?

Judging from previews, it looks like Kari Ann will try to come back again after she was forced to leave last week for punching a cameraman. Honestly having her on the show is not even interesting to me anymore... she's a bitch who can't interact on any level. If she does come back, I really hope someone punches her in the face just for entertainment.

Police find body of 4-year-old missing boy

In what comes as a very sad but expected ending, police believe they have found the body of missing 4-year-old Marc Bookal of Newburgh, NY. On Wednesday, police focused their search on a wooded area just 2 blocks away from the boy's home after receiving an anonymous tip. The remains of what appeared to be a small child were discovered in a duffle bag, thanks to the help of cadaver dogs. Marc Bookal had gone missing on December 14th, 2009 while in the care of his mother's boyfriend, Cory Byrd. Byrd is currently in custody after being arrested on a parole violation. However, he is being considered a suspect in the child's murder due to the fact he was the last person to see the boy and his extremely violent past. [Nancy Grace news program, HLN]

The most frustrating part of this story is the fact Cory Byrd had a history of abusing children!!! Oliver Mackson's article for the Times Herald-Record reported that besides for a 2003 felony assault sentence, Byrd also served two years in state prison from 1999 to 2001 after pleading guilty to endangering the son of Christina Coston (who is now known as Christina Bookal). So this person had already endangered and/or harmed one of her children before, and this mother left little Marc with him while she went to work!!!!!!!!!! Why must women settle for these kind of men, and at the expense of their children? It's so senseless and infuriating.

More mistresses for Jesse James............shock

Well after another alleged mistress of J.James surfaced yesterday, another pops up today. No surprise there... but this time the woman says it was not a years-long affair but just a series of trysts until she cut it off. Los Angeles photographer Brigitte Daguerre told TMZ she was hired by James in 2008 for a photo shoot. She said they had sex four times but texted back and forth for a year. This story comes after word of a second mistress broke yesterday. Melissa Smith told Star magazine that she also had a long-term affair with Jesse James. According to Smith she was contacted through MySpace by James after he saw photos of her at a West Coast Choppers event (Star magazine). Like skank McGhee, Melissa Smith is also a tattoo-covered stripper.

But wait... what's even more creepy is how Jesse James got charged with sexual harassment in 2007 and settled with the woman for a lot of money. How did this happen under Sandra's nose?? I'm sure she feels completely duped. According to TMZ, Deann McClung worked at West Coast Choppers as a high-level exec when she claimed James made repeated sexual advances towards her between 2006 and 2007. What's crazy is James and his company settled with the woman for $725,000 - without anything going public! Obviously there was some admitted wrongdoing on his part here.

Horrific act of teen violence in Florida!

Several back-to-back episodes of teen violence have occurred in Florida recently, but the most horrific one seems to be that committed by a 15 year-old boy against a girl of the same age. According to police, Josie Lou Ratley was attacked by Wayne Treacy outside Deerfield Beach Middle School last Wednesday after a text message exchange. Treacy allegedly responded to Ratley by saying he was going to come over there and "snap her neck". The girl was punched, knocked to the ground, and had her head repeatedly slammed against the concrete. The boy also stomped on her with his steel-toed boots.

Josie Lou Ratley remains in a medically induced coma after doctors performed two surgeries in an effort to relieve pressure on her brain. Evening news programs showed pictures of the girl sleeping in her hospital bed, her face appearing very swollen. She also had a black eye and breathing tubes in her mouth.

The boy allegedly responsible for this is being held at a juvenile detention center. There has been no word on whether or not he will be charged as an adult.. although if you ask me, he most definitely should!

OMG! According to the New York Times, a 45-year old Michigan woman gave her drug dealer a young girl she was watching in order to support her cocaine habit. In an article published this morning, the NY times reported that Angela A. Blackwell is being charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct and pandering. In the meantime police are searching for Johnnie L. Griffin, the man who allegedly had sex with the 10-year old girl between September and February. If convicted, both Blackwell and Griffin could be sentenced to at least 25 years in prison.

AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hopefully they get that and more.

Flo Whoops A$$ on the Bad Girls Club Reunion!

Things got crazy tonight on part 2 of the bad girl's club reunion, with Flo finishing what she started on the trash-talking gold-diggin ho Natalie. LOVED IT! Too bad there couldn't be more where that came from -- as in Natalie was lucky security jumped in so quick.

Flo might be gangsta but she's definitely the realest girl to ever step foot in that house... Flo I gets down with you!!

E Channel's new show "Pretty Wild".........uh are they serious?

Why on earth are these young girls (+ their mom & stepdad) being featured on a reality show after one gets arrested in connection with the Burglar Bunch robberies??? Is this seriously the reason E chose to give them a show????? It all seems like a big joke to me. When I tuned in a few times to see what this was really about, it seemed like a completely kooked out mom dealing with three whiney pre-teen girls who think they deserve to be models and celebrities based on, well, absolutely nothing. At one point, one of the girls (I think it was Alexis) is told by the mom that she wants the family to move out of their neighborhood because of all the paparazzi & complaints by neighbors. The girl has the meltdown/temper tantrum of an 8 year-old, complete with screaming and a very ugly cry face. It was ridiculous. Even though the mom seems to have good intentions, it's obvious she is living on another planet. She watched Tess strut down the run way in lingerie (a g-string to be exact) and was all happy and proud of her afterwards. Oh and she homeschools them.... allowing Brad & Angelina to be subject examples. Enough said!

Or wait, something else sort of funny that I read on E's website for the show... the girls and their mom did "10 Facts You Should Know About Us"... This is an excerpt from Alexis' part:

I Hate Jesse James

It's kinda strange how once you get involved in celebrity news and gossip something like this can really get under your skin. Jesse James has offered up a public apology to Sandra Bullock and his kids, and while he has not validated all of the rumors out there, he still makes me sick. To think that he sat teary-eyed, listening to Sandra's oscar speech... it makes me nauseous. What a pig / idiot. The whole thing is unbelievable and so disappointing. They are honestly the last couple that I would ever picture in this scenario. Then his trashy mistress has to leak all of these dirty details to magazines, which will undoubtedly throw salt on an open wound. I feel so bad for Sandra B, since this should be a time of happiness and celebration for her. It's just so unfortunate that things, and people, aren't always what they seem. Guess Jesse J. couldn't help himself while his wife was off being successful.

Hopefully Sandra stays strong and leaves this loser!!!
