Dina Lohan...

This is getting ridic... how blind and biased can a mom be before you start calling it just plain stupid? Wherever the bar stops, Dina Lohan has passed it, that's for sure.

Leelo's lookalike mom just gave an interview to In Touch, and she makes some comments that are.... well, unbelievable, and just plain funny.

Here are some snippets (appearing in the newest issue of In Touch Weekly):

In Touch: How does Lindsay feel about going to jail?

Dina: When the decision came down, it was horrific. We hugged and cried a lot. But we’re optimists. Lindsay is sober and she’s fine. I don’t want to speak hypothetically [about jail] because she’s not going to be in that situation.


In Touch: What have you said to your other children about Lindsay going to jail?
Dina: I don’t have to tell them anything. My son is 22 and graduated summa cum laude and he knows. My other son is 14 and he’s out on the lacrosse field getting ridiculed. Ali is in school with these girls being mean to her because of this situation. It’s not easy being us.


In Touch: What is she the most scared of about jail?
Dina: She is claustrophobic, so she’s in fear of that.

In Touch: What are you most scared of?

Dina: If Lindsay went to jail, I would fear for her life. Jail doesn’t help anyone no matter what problem you have — unless you’re a rapist or a murderer. This wasn’t a violent crime, but they’re saying you miss a DUI class and have to go to jail for three months — that’s absurd.


In Touch: As a smoker, how will Lindsay deal with not being able to smoke in jail?

Dina: When the time comes, she probably will have to get hypnotized, but again, we’re hoping it doesn’t come to that.

LOL.... hypnotized?? As in she can't just quit smoking with the patch or a prescription medicine like so many other people do?

and what does her son graduating summa cum laude have to do with anything?

LeeLo gets into it with Avril Lavigne

Lindsay tells US Weekly the story is false, but we can't trust that entirely. Besides, we want to believe it's true!

The New York Post first published the story, which has LeeLo & Avril Lavigne exchanging words at the Chateau Marmont. The Post says that Lindsay approached the table at which Lavigne was sitting with a group of people, only to be shooed away by the singer. Avril reportedly told Lindsay: 'Get the hell out of my face, you are fake, you are a loser. I don't like false people. Stay away from me and my friends.' Sources tell the Post that Avril was pissed when Lindsay tried to approach her "entourage" because the actress had recently snubbed her at an event. Lohan reportedly responded by warning Lavigne not to threaten her, and then tried to have security kick her out, albeit unsuccessfully.

Eww... if even a hint of this is true, then we wish Lindsay would have raised hell with the bitch! Seems like Avril thinks she's got weight now that she's dating Brody Jenner... but we think she still looks and acts like an angry teenager.

Michael Lohan Giving Dina 2 Weeks to Talk Before He Goes to Child Protective Services

Michael Lohan is giving ex-wife Dina a deadline -- either sit down and talk about the welfare of their daughters by May 13th or he will get Child Protective Services involved. Lohan tells TMZ that's the date on which he and Dina will meet face-to-face for a deposition in their child support battle, and he wants Ali's welfare to be the topic of conversation. The 16-year-old has been staying at her older sister's L.A. apartment, much to the dismay of Michael.

Honestly we don't blame the guy. If Michael Lohan wanted to be Mr. Popular, he wouldn't be taking this approach. Seems like he genuinely cares about his daughters, and wants to help the one who really needs it (Ali, of course).

Leelo Disrespects Dr. Drew

We love Lindsay, but we can't agree with her recent response to Dr. Drew's comments regarding her health. The VH1 reality star (and real-life doctor) tried to clarify his sentiments to the Huffington Post yesterday, stating “When I was asked as a father, if I were in Michael Lohan’s position, what would I do to help my daughter, I am clear that I would go to any lengths to get her to and retain her in treatment. Bringing legal consequences to bear is often the only alternative.” Drew also made sure to note that he was speaking from an outside point of view, adding that he did not know whether Lindsay was addicted, as he is not Michael Lohan.

Well, the clarifying didn't make Leelo feel any better... she had some harsh words for Dr. Drew, which she told to GossipCop.com: “He’s such a loser… He’s not a real doctor, he’s a celebrity doctor.”
