Michael Lohan is giving ex-wife Dina a deadline -- either sit down and talk about the welfare of their daughters by May 13th or he will get Child Protective Services involved. Lohan tells TMZ that's the date on which he and Dina will meet face-to-face for a deposition in their child support battle, and he wants Ali's welfare to be the topic of conversation. The 16-year-old has been staying at her older sister's L.A. apartment, much to the dismay of Michael. Honestly we don't blame the guy. If Michael Lohan wanted to be Mr. Popular, he wouldn't be taking this approach. Seems like he genuinely cares about his daughters, and wants to help the one who really needs it (Ali, of course).
