Ben Roethlisberger Won't Be Charged in Sexual Assault Case

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger will not be charged after a 20-year-old Georgia woman accused him of sexually assaulting her at a club on March 5th of this year, sources told ESPN Friday.

District Attorney Fred Bright stated that he had reviewed all the investigation reports and will hold a news conference at 2:00pm (ET) on Monday. It is expected that Bright will announce the decision not to bring charges against the NFL star at the conference.

According to the New York Post, this is the second time in a year that Roethlisberger has been accused of sexual misconduct. He also faces a lawsuit filed last July by a woman who claims he raped her in 2008 at a Lake Tahoe hotel and casino.

Hmm... Ben Roethlisberger accused of sexual misconduct more than once? Maybe it's just a coincidence... the two women must have falsely accused him.
