Former "Survivor" Producer is Likely to Be Arrested Soon For Murder of His Wife

ABC News is reporting that Mexican authorities are close to arresting Bruce Beresford-Redman, 38, in the case of his wife's murder. According to ABC News, officials are citing inconsistencies in the TV producer's account of the events of last week as grounds for a possible arrest. Investigators also told CBS sources that Beresford-Redman's statements were full of contradictions. Monica Beresford-Redman was found in a sewer of the Cancun resort at which she was staying with her husband on Thursday April 8th. Hotel guests reported hearing the couple arguing on Monday night, in the hours before police believe she was killed.

Now another incriminating detail has come to light via CBS News coverage. Police claim that the former 'Survivor' Producer took his two kids from Mexico home to Los Angeles, and then flew back to Mexico before reporting his wife missing. The children, Alex and Camilla, are in the temporary custody of Bruce Beresford-Redman's parents, although Monica Beresford-Redman's parents are said to be fighting for custody. (ABC News)
