Chris Brown Barred from Performing in the UK

Haha. This is awesome.

Officials in the UK are barring Chris Brown from entering the country based on the charges filed against him in the 2009 Rihanna incident. He was scheduled to perform three concerts this week, but British officials have decided it would not be in the citizens' best interest to let the singer fulfill his obligations.

"We reserve the right to refuse entry to the UK to anyone guilty of a serious criminal offense," said Barbara Woodward, director of the UK border agency's international group. "Public safety is one of our primary concerns."

Chris Brown twittered a message to "fans" about the incident... although it was later taken down in exchange for an official statement by his publicist:

"SORRY to all the fans in Europe!!! my tour is cancelled. Im pretty sure yall know. my entry was denied in your country. I love you. SORRY!!"


wow looks like Chris Brown will forever be paying the price for BEATING UP a woman!
