Apparently L. Lohan's SCRAM bracelet didn't go off by accident... her lawyer admitted in a statement today that the device detected a small amount of alcohol.
According to various reports, the ankle monitor went off late Sunday night or early Monday morning following Lindsay's appearance at the MTV Movie Awards. As a result Judge Marsha Revel issued an arrest warrant for the 23-year-old, and both her attorney and prosecutors were called in for a meeting behind closed doors at the courthouse. Lohan managed to avoid being detained by posting $200,000 bail.
TMZ reports that another hearing (with Judge Marsha Revel) is set for July 6th. It stems from the alleged probation violation for DUI.
Although she wasn't in court, LeeLo took to her Twitter and once again blamed the paparazzi for her problems:
"My scram wasn't set off-Its physically impossible considering I've nothing for it to go off-All of these false resports are absolutely wrong"
"This is all because of a FALSE accusation by tabloids& paparazzi& it is fucking digusting- I've been more than I'm compliance &feeling great"
Wouldn't it be in Lindsay's best interest to lay low for a while?? Or is she really just that stubborn/stupid???
We actually want to see her put in jail .... girl needs a dose of reality.
