My thoughts on the Conrad Murray Trial - Stop crucifying this man!

I am getting really sick and tired of watching HLN every night now that the Michael Jackson death case is the primary subject of debate. Is it just me, or are all these attorneys and specialists missing the elephant in the room?

Judging from what I've heard during the panelist discussions, a majority of people believe that Dr. Conrad Murray acted with malice or bad intentions when administering propofol to his patient (Michael Jackson). They are acting like it was this doctor's idea to give MJ this medicine.... his idea to shoot him up with a lethal dose of a dangerous anesthetic that he knew could kill him. The following is what's missing from everyone's arguments on the topic... the FACT that Michael Jackson WANTED DRUGS, WANTED PROPOFOL, AND DEMANDED THAT THE LATTER MEDICINE BE ADMINISTERED TO HIM... OR ELSE. Doctors who saw Michael Jackson at one point or another in the later part of his career have testified that when they resisted his requests for certain medications (i.e. oxycontin), he would immediately cut them off. He even cut his own family off and demanded that they not be allowed into his home because they wanted to stage an intervention. If you weren't onboard with Michael Jackson's lifestyle and his choice to consume enormous amounts of narcotics, he would simply write you off. Now imagine being Conrad Murray, and your friend and patient is paying you $150k per month to be their personal doctor and tend to them. Do you think that MAYBE, JUST MAYBE, you might feel A LITTLE inclined to do what they wanted? Before answering that quickly, please consider human nature and what we tend to do with our friends and those who write our paychecks. Michael Jackson was using propofol every night to get to sleep. He used Conrad Murray to give it to him, and the doctor obviously had a routine down for administering it. Then one day, something went horribly wrong. Michael Jackson stopped breathing in his anesthetic-induced sleep (which is not really real sleep at all) and now everyone is pointing the finger at Dr. Murray. He injected him, he left him to die, bla bla bla. Are these people smoking crack? Are they not aware of the fact that Michael Jackson is behind the whole propofol thing. He wanted it, he got it. He probably demanded the dosage... that wasn't up to Conrad Murray. Eventually his misuse of these drugs, substances that are extremely powerful and only supposed to be used in a hospital setting, resulted in his death. And as far as Conrad Murray leaving the room to talk on the phone, the guy was crouched inside a adjacent door trying to keep his voice down so his patient could sleep. Who cares if he called women? Just because he's a womanizer doesn't mean he's a killer. He obviously had his eye on MJ, otherwise he wouldn't have hung up on the one girlfriend. Now, in giving MJ propofol every night at his home, was CM doing something he shouldn't have been doing? Duh, of course! But Michael Jackson knew this, and it wasn't going to stop him from getting what he wanted. BOTTOM LINE.

I'm not saying the guy shouldn't have any penalties. Dr. Murray should most definitely lose his medical license as he's proven he's incapable of following the rules and standards set forth by the American Medical Board.

The sad thing about this trial is, at least for me, the fact that Dr. Conrad Murray is likely going to be convicted of the charges against him while people like Casey Anthony are getting off scott free following the murder of an innocent baby. The prosecution has done an amazing job of making Murray look like the world's biggest scumbag. They've also done an excellent job of blowing up those moments during which it looked like CM was only in it for himself, on the phone with women, not calling 911 right away, and so on. The man was most likely in shock, didn't want to believe that Michael had stopped breathing... wanted to believe that he could be revived. Of course you wouldn't want the secret of your shady medical practices to come out if it didn't have to. The latter would have been really bad for Michael too, especially if he had lived. Tehy would both have looked bad in the eyes of the press for engaging in such irresponsible, illegal behavior. These reasons alone can account for why he didn't immediately call 911. He wanted to see if he could take care of the situation before it blew up (i.e. revive michael in the home) Unfortunately, after listening to the prosecution's witnesses and their arguments, I think it's fair to say he's done for. Case closed... he's gonna be convicted. And that fucking sucks. It's not fair. He acted recklessly in doing what Michael Jackson asked of him. But that's just it - MJ asked it of him, and Murray fell victim to temptation. Make no mistake, he would have been fired if he hadn't gotten that equipment and those drugs into the house. The one thing Conrad Murray is guilty of is greed. He wanted to keep his high paying job as Mr. Jackson's personal physician, perhaps to support all of the children he has and the women who are dependent on him. Greed is a common character flaw... but again, it doesn't mean someone should go to jail. Throughout the trial I've seen Conrad Murray tearing up when the events surrounding the death of his friend and patient are discussed.

My final word on this subject: Dr. Conrad Murray should not be found guilty of manslaughter because he did not kill Michael Jackson. MICHAEL JACKSON KILLED HIMSELF... and that's the damndest truth! Anyone who knows anything about his drug history, as well as his insane decision to use propofol to go to sleep every night, should be able to understand where I'm coming from. Casey Anthony walked free after duck taping her drug-upped baby's mouth and eventually suffocating her (or whatever happened in that trunk, who knows, the child is dead, that's what matters). If Conrad Murray is forced to pay for Michael Jackson's death, then our justice system is completely FUCKED UP. Casey Anthony innocent, Conrad Murray guilty. The man was just doing what he was hired to do.... it may have been morally irresponsible, but if it had been working night after night for some time, and Jackson was exceling in rehearsals and seemed to be ontop of his game, why would he stop? especially if that meant his job and his salary. Obviously he's not a great person for doing what he did... but if Michael seemed healthy and wanted to keep doing it, how is he gonna stop him. Someone else probably would have filled Murray's shoes at the drop of a hat. No matter how shallow people might think he is, Conrad Murray is NOT a murderer. He did NOT want Michael Jackson dead. How would this have benefitted him? It wouldn't have. With Michael alive, CR was getting paid. It's also obvious he had an emotional connection to his late patient... as he got teary eyed in court. He also spent a tremendous amount of time with him. This man did not intend for Michael to die. It was a tragic accident, one that easily could have been prevented. Or could it have? Considering it's Michael Jackson we're talking about... a.k.a. the most famous pop icon of all time... he would have gotten what he wanted one way or another. And I'm certain he would have killed himself one way or another also. People try to say he looked healthy in rehearsals and that he was ontop of his game. I say BS-yeah right... the guy looked awful. like an emaciated ghost. And the coroner said he weighed 132 or something. That is super low for a guy his height. He looked like a walking skeleton. Clearly Michael Jackson was not taking care of himself. He was in poor health, and by messing around with medicines that are only supposed to be administered in a controlled hospital setting, he was basically playing Russian roulette. I see Conrad Murray as the person who gave Michael the gun with which to play that game. He is guilty of stepping outside the bounds of his job and his responsibilities as a doctor. That's it. Michael Jackson killed himself... he'd been killing himself for years, and finally his body gave out.

More than anything, this will probably be a wake up call for Dr. Murray. After going through all of this, I highly doubt he will ever play the fame game again... seeing where it got him this time around. For those who are reading this disgusted, I ask you to imagine being in a position like that. If you had access to something your powerful famous celebrity boss wanted, and nobody had to know about it... your salary and financial stability depended on it... and it had been working so far.. what would you do? Dr. Conrad Murray acted irresponsibly, yes.... but he was doing what he had been doing for the last months over and over again to the same effect. He didn't know it was going to kill Michael. It was a tragic accident that exposed his irresponsible choices. That's it. Take away his medical license, let him live with the loss of his friend and patient... a loss that he allowed to happen on his watch. That is punishment enough. Michael Jackson is not coming back. There is no reason to crucify his doctor any longer.

Sick... SO SICK... of Child Abuse/Neglect

I can't take this shit anymore. Every time I go into the store, I witness at least one case of it. Not to mention ALL of the horrific stuff you hear about on the news. The things I see could be catastrophes just waiting to happen. Last night I was in Kroger, and this woman, a low budge Nicki Minaj look-a-like, was wandering around the store, twirling her hair on her finger, as her adorable little 2 year old stumbled behind her. He followed her wherever she went, but not ONCE did she look back for her baby. There was at least 15 feet between them. And when she turned the corner suddenly and then backtracked to look at the end of an aisle kiosk, her purse almost knocked him over. She didn't even notice. She kept walking. I eventually turned my head because I didn't wanna see it anymore. I did hear him whine for his momma at one point, to which this dumbass woman replied, "What????" As if she couldn't understand why he'd be calling her name or wanting her attention. And what infuriated me even more was that this little boy had bruises on his legs!! I paid attention to that because I had just seen a TV special about doctors working in the ER and children who came in with suspicious injuries. Sure enough this little toddler had bruises all over his legs. And I thought to myself... fucking bitch. He did not get those from playing with other kids.

And this woman only has one baby. In Walmart I often see groups of 4-5 children, all a year or so apart... and their mom is doing all her shopping and yelling at them in between throwing shit in her cart. Telling them she's going to whoop this one or that one. I'm so sick of it... why on earth do you have these children if you hate it or can't handle it? Why not take advantage of all the services out there and allow them to have a better life. It's much better to be unselfish vs putting them through that misery and being a horrible mother. They don't deserve it.

Upon leaving Walmart on another shopping trip, I noticed 3 kids (young, 5 yrs or under) in the backseat of a car. They were acting all hyper and playing with eachother... but it was 90 degrees out. Is that really necessary? If you are going into Walmart to shop, why can't your kids come with you???? As annoying as it might be to keep track of them or try to keep them calm while you finish shopping.... leaving them in the car makes it obvious that you could care less about how they feel, trapped in a sauna. In my opinion this is child abuse.

If women are willing to do this in public, I don't wanna know what these kids' home life is like.

TOO MANY unfit parents out there caring for children w/o their best interests at heart. To these ignorant people, their babies are burdens.... things to be dragged along on shopping trips, annoying obstacles to their having a personal life.... MONEY. I cannot stand to sit by and watch so many innocent children live these horrible lives at the hands of parents who hate them... simply for their being in existence. WHO BROUGHT THEM HERE? Who decided to have a kid... or who was too selfish to use protection that a pregnancy resulted?

These people are not taking responsibility for their actions. Having your child in your possession is not taking responsibility. It's providing them with food, shelter, love, education, etc etc etc. Their lives are too valuable to be spent locked away in a trailer home w/o air conditioning while you work 10 hours at the local restaurant. WHO DOES THAT? I forget which state it happened in, but thank god the woman was arrested. Seriously are you too cheap to turn your AC unit on while you go to work... and you have a 1 year old, a 3 year old, and a 4 year old in your trailer home!!! Seriously what the fuck. You don't have a friend, a neighbor, the children's father... to help you out??? Or are you just too lazy to look into these options? It's disgusting what people are willing to do to others just so that they can do what they want. I.e. All those mothers who leave their kids in their cars when they go shopping. Not having to deal with the "hassle" of your children outweighs the fact it's 95 degrees out. Ha... unbelievable.

The prevalence of child neglect bothers me so much, and not just because of how wrong and cruel it is. There are so many people in this world longing for a child... for someone to love and care for. I understand that these single parents working multiple jobs need help... but there are so many places they can go for this *free* help... so I'm beginning to think it's just a lack of concern for their children's well being and happiness. That urgs me to the core. You bring them into this world, then treat them like that. It's sickening, heartbreaking...

If you see any form of child neglect, i.e. children left in the backseat of a car, please do the right thing and call police. Chances are these people won't keep doing it if they know they will be caught and penalized. If they do continue to do it, then reporting them will eventually result in their children getting taken from them and put into the good homes they deserve.

Sigh. infuriating.

Amber Portwood Proves She's a Bad Mom (Again)

I understand that the girls on Teen Mom are young.... under a lot of stress... and adjusting to the responsibilities and sacrifices required of new mothers. However there is one "cast member" that continues to disgust me, and that is Amber Portwood. (Jenelle will always be the most pathetic excuse for a mother, but she's from a different season). Anyways, Amber has once again proved that 1) she's total trash and 2) that she hasn't learned anything from her past experience on the show. She should know better by now, yet her appearances on screen are still characterized by her awful mood swings and constant bitching at Gary. One minute, she'll be all happy and dozed out on Klonopin, talking about wanting to be a happy family. The next, she's telling Gary to shut the fu*ck up because he's too loud and he talks too much. The poor guy CANNOT catch a break. It's so hard to watch... if only he had the strength to cut that girl off completely. It's obvious he'd do anything for the mother of his child, and for a lot of teen moms, this is a rarity. Amber might have had a bad family situation growing up, but given everything she has now (+ $$$$ from the show) and everything she's gone through with Gary, it's amazing that she still hasn't taken a look the mirror. It's not GARY you dumbass.... it's you!!! A person so miserable and angry is not in a position to be a good mother, and that explains why Gary and his mom have full custody.

Now a nose ring-wearing Amber is in rehab in Malibu... reportedly checked in to manage her pill addiction "anger issues". Wonder whose footing the bill for that.

Anyways, what I'm saying is, I don't wanna see this bitch back on Teen Mom until she undergoes a complete transformation. That would mean that she actually tries being a good mom (no laying in bed all day and whining when someone makes noise) and no verbal and physical abuse towards her baby daddy. What are the chances of this happening? 0. Poor Gary....

Cheating attorney's wife escorts him to court after 3 attempts made on her life

Bellaire attorney Jeffrey Stern was indicted on two counts of solicitation of capital murder last month after several attempts were made on his wife's life, the last occurring in May of 2010. Stern's mistress, a former Montrose tattoo artist by the name of Michelle Gaiser, is already behind bars facing one count of the same charge.

Yvonne Stern was seriously injured last May when a man approached her car window and pointed a gun at her head. After pleading for her life, the assailant chose to instead shoot her in the stomach. Obviously she survived...




ABC 13 local reported that Jeffrey Stern made his first court appearance last Monday, "his wife again at his side, standing by her man, who says he did not try to have her killed".

Girl kills 3 month old son over Farmville !!

Alexandra Tobias of Jacksonville, Florida told investigators that she shook her 3-month-old baby because he was crying while she played Farmville. Oh and she may have hit his head on the computer during the shaking, she told the court. According to the 22-year-old mother's own account, she shook him once, had a cigarette, then shook him again.

WOW... I've heard of the stories where people shake babies after listening to them cry for hours. Those are bad enough. But now there's this dumb bitch whose willing to kill her 3-month-old son for interrupting her online game.

What's even more infuriating is the way this girl calmly stated her guilty plea, explaining that she "would take full responsibility" for her actions. As she's saying this, there's no sign of emotion or remorse. It's as if life goes on... she's going to jail... no more Farmville, no more baby. WTF ?????? Seriously.......... why are girls of this age and mental state a) having children, and b) being allowed to care for them.

There are way too many stories like this, and they need to STOP.

I think it was on Nancy Grace that I heard the mention of Alexandra Tobias possibly using her computer to hit her infant son.. hence him "hitting his head" on it. The simple idea of such an act being committed against a baby makes me want to take my own desktop and drop it right on this ugly bitch's head.

Detroit woman used cancer scam involving her 12-year-old son to make money!!

This is the lowest of the lows... !!!

A Detroit-area woman was arraigned Friday on charges of fraud and child abuse, CBS News reported. Carol Lynn Schnuphase, 47, is accused of telling people that her 12-year-old son had leukemia in order to elicit thousands of dollars in charitable donations. In addition to using this deadly disease as a way to make money, reports say that the mother also changed her son's appearance in order to make the idea more plausible. This included shaving his head and eyebrows every other week.... and crushing up drugs to put in his food so that he would appear lethargic!!!!!!!!! YES. Seriously.

CBS News said that a hospital has tested the boy and found no cancer. Sadly, he is going through opiate withdrawal because of the drugs his mother was feeding him. Poor thing!!

This is even sicker though. After Carol Schnuphase's family members and relatives reported her to the police, authorities removed the boy from her home earlier this summer. She then told past donors that her son had died and that she needed money for his funeral and burial, according to Macomb County Prosecutor Eric Smith. As if it could get any worse!!! This lady has no bottom.

Call girl counter-suing David Beckham

Well this is interesting. Radaronline reveals that the high-priced call girl who claims to have had romps with David Beckham is counter-suing him. According to her attorney, Nici experienced emotional and physical injuries after receiving Beckham's lawsuit at a New York hotel last week. The 26-year-old was apparently hounded by an unnamed person(s) until she couldn't take it anymore and left the hotel.

Radaronline published a comment from her attorney, Paul Rolf Jensen:

"She was immediately hospitalized as a direct result of this event," Jensen says. "Beckham is responsible for his goon's conduct, and we will hold him liable for it."

Jensen said that his client filed her suit in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Friday. As an explanation for the motion, Irma Nici's lawyer stated:

"California law does not allow public figures like David Beckham to stifle free speech," Jensen says. "Maybe he didn't live here in Los Angeles long enough to learn how precious we here consider our rights to tell the truth in print."

The soccer star originally filed a lawsuit against the publishing company for In Touch Weekly. Beckham is claiming slander and infliction of emotional distress as a result of the article, which detailed his rumored trysts with high-priced call girls, including Nici and a friend, back in 2007.

Hmm... now if I were Victoria Beckham, I would start doing the math and considering believing some of these stories. Should be a little hard to turn a blind eye when they keep accumulating over the years.

Girl pleads not guilty in acid attack hoax case

We still can't believe someone did this!!

Bethany Storo reportedly inserted a plea of not guilty today on charges stemming from the acid attack hoax. CBS News said that the 28-year-old faces three theft charges, all of which are derived from a $28,000 donation given by people looking to pay for the girl's medical bills. Court records show that she spent around $1,500 of it on things like clothes and a laser facial peel.

According to the source, Storro's face was red and blotchy but largely unbandaged as she appeared in court today.

Season 2 of Teen Mom............... Amber's a crazy bitch

Yes we watch Teen Mom. This season Amber is back, looking about 50 pounds lighter and still treating Gary like shit. Tonight's episode took it to a whole nother level though, cause bitch physically attacked him as he was trying to leave with his TV. While the harmless tub that is Gary shielded himself from her in the stairwell, she kept threatening him and then eventually jacks him in the side of the head! WTF is wrong with this girl. He comes and goes at her command... talks all quiet... never blatantly disrespects her or anything. Yet she gets in his face over nothing and threatens to beat him up..

We are disgusted! Not only is Amber a moody, blotchy-faced bitch... she physically abuses Gary when he does nothing. She is even worse this season than last.

Only explanation we can think of is chick's diet pills are messing with her.

The Dream Writes an Open Letter on his Website, Says he 'Failed' at Marriage

After some recently leaked pictures showed him cavorting with his assistant in the Carribean, we thought The Dream was nothing but a fat scumbag. The musician's rep immediately announced that he and Christina Milian were separating, adding that they had been over with for some time. Apparently the two had decided to keep their break-up under wraps out of concern for their 5-month-old daughter. Whether or not that's the real reason, who knows... but now "The Dream" has taken to his website to spill his guts on the whole thing.

In a nutshell, The Dream (real name Terius Nash) wants everyone to know how spiritual he is.... and that he's having a hard time shouldering the burden of "failing" at marriage. As for why his relationship didn't work out.... well, that's between him and his wife.

I would love to tell the truth as to why my relationship wasn't successful, but today that is between me and Christina. Its easy to say that it’s because of another woman or a new relationship but truthfully, IT’S NOT.

I take FULL RESPONSIBILITY for misleading everyone into thinking everything was fine and okay when we knew problems existed for awhile! I wanted to speak up but we decided it wasn't for anyone to know. I would NEVER intentionally hurt a soul and everyone around me knows that! There was so much going on in me and Christina's personal world that I tried to deal with it as delicately as I could and tried to regain my footing. Instead of being direct in order not to cause even more hurt or hurt someone's feelings, I carried the weight in secret!

If there's anyone to blame and you can't fathom this happening, please blame me and me alone for not being upfront! Even though we were trying to overcome personal things between us, I was just simply scared and embarrassed to let everyone know we WERE FAILING and HAVE NOW FAILED!

Nash also says he cried for months, prayed and even "tried to take my own life at a point because of the failure that was looming."

Really? He tried to take his own life because his marriage was failing?

Looks like The Dream has emerged from this a much stronger and smarter man. If you look at the pics from his rendezvous in the Carribean, you can see it on his face. He is at peace with failing.

The July 19th issue of In Touch had an article on the LeAnn Rimes/Eddie Cibrian relationship, as seen from his ex's point-of-view. Judging from her comments in the magazine, Brandi Glanville is getting over her husband's affair with homewrecker Rimes, and has even moved on with a new boyfriend. Ironically, though, it seems that LeAnn is the one trying to put her life on blast. Recent tweets from the singer were a feature of the article... and they make her look soo insecure and obnoxious!

We admire Brandi Glanville's maturity and calm composure regarding the situation... but if we were her, we'd wanna pull the bitch's hair out for making tweets like this. Must have been a big milestone for LeAnn, if she had to tweet about such an amazing lunch outing........ with family.

Who does this girl think she is?! She cheated on her husband and got someone else's... but to put all of these personal details on blast is totally inconsiderate, even cruel. Not to mention how she brings up Brandi & Eddie's sons in her Tweets.... bitch those aren't your kids, don't talk about them like they are.

We can't wait til karma comes back to haunt this dumbass girl. Eddie seems like a cheating dog, and since LeAnn is SOO unattractive, we bet it's only a matter of time before he steps out on her.

Robyn Gibson Supports Mel in Court.... ?!

We're trying to come up with one good reason as to why she'd do this...

Earlier today TMZ reported that Robyn Gibson has submitted a sworn declaration on behalf of her soon-to-be ex-husband, the crazed and vulgar Mel Gibson. In the one-page document, Robyn stated that "Mel never engaged in any physical abuse of any kind toward me before, during or after our marriage." She also alleges the same behavior towards their children.

TMZ says that Robyn's declaration will also be used when Mel's lawyers present their evidence to the L.A. County Sheriff's Department next week.


... Yeah Robyn can say he's been a good father, but how does this relate to Oksana's claims of violence? Just because Mel didn't punch his wife's teeth out doesn't mean he isn't capable of doing the same thing to another woman. And judging from the audio tapes, it seems that he did do it, cuz he told her she f***ng deserved it. That's a good reason for not supporting him in court, right?

There's also ..... b) the fact he cheated on her after 27 years of marriage, c) had a child with the woman with whom he cheated, and d) the tapes of him speaking to a woman (the mother of his child) in a way that is beyond offensive and deplorable.

Dina Lohan...

This is getting ridic... how blind and biased can a mom be before you start calling it just plain stupid? Wherever the bar stops, Dina Lohan has passed it, that's for sure.

Leelo's lookalike mom just gave an interview to In Touch, and she makes some comments that are.... well, unbelievable, and just plain funny.

Here are some snippets (appearing in the newest issue of In Touch Weekly):

In Touch: How does Lindsay feel about going to jail?

Dina: When the decision came down, it was horrific. We hugged and cried a lot. But we’re optimists. Lindsay is sober and she’s fine. I don’t want to speak hypothetically [about jail] because she’s not going to be in that situation.


In Touch: What have you said to your other children about Lindsay going to jail?
Dina: I don’t have to tell them anything. My son is 22 and graduated summa cum laude and he knows. My other son is 14 and he’s out on the lacrosse field getting ridiculed. Ali is in school with these girls being mean to her because of this situation. It’s not easy being us.


In Touch: What is she the most scared of about jail?
Dina: She is claustrophobic, so she’s in fear of that.

In Touch: What are you most scared of?

Dina: If Lindsay went to jail, I would fear for her life. Jail doesn’t help anyone no matter what problem you have — unless you’re a rapist or a murderer. This wasn’t a violent crime, but they’re saying you miss a DUI class and have to go to jail for three months — that’s absurd.


In Touch: As a smoker, how will Lindsay deal with not being able to smoke in jail?

Dina: When the time comes, she probably will have to get hypnotized, but again, we’re hoping it doesn’t come to that.

LOL.... hypnotized?? As in she can't just quit smoking with the patch or a prescription medicine like so many other people do?

and what does her son graduating summa cum laude have to do with anything?

We didn't know it til now, but Bristol Palin is a fuggin idiot.  This is the same guy who admitted to making up lies about her mom in an effort to get press. What a loser!

Her poor parents... we're sure they're shocked and disappointed.
