Joran van der Sloot Captured in Chile

That was quick...

A day after he was announced as the suspect in a girl's murder in a Peru, authorities announce they have arrested Joran van der Sloot in the country of Chile. CNN
reported less than an hour ago that the 23-year-old was traveling alone in a taxi near the city of Vina del Mar when he was arrested by Chilean authorities. Paperwork revealed that van der Sloot had entered the country on Wednesday, the same day that he was named a suspect in the murder of a girl in Lima, Peru. 21-year-old Stephany Flores Ramirez was found early Wednesday morning in a hotel room that was booked under van der Sloot's name. 
Police said she had been stabbed to death.

CNN's latest report has van der Sloot being transported to police headquarters in Santiago. Peru's Interior Minister has reportedly confirmed arrangements with Interpol to extradite the 23-year-old murder suspect.
