Sandra Bullock made a surprise public appearance last night at Spike TV's Guys Choice Awards, where she was honored with the "Troops Choice" award for Entertainer of The Year.
The award was voted on by members of the U.S. military. Sandra warmly thanked the men and women of service in her speech.
