Vivid CEO Says Hunter-Edwards Sex Tape Worth $5 Million

The sex tape made by John Edwards and his ex-mistress Rielle Hunter is reportedly worth a lot of money, if you're asking Vivid Entertainment's CEO Steven Hirsch. CBS' Crimesider had the chance to speak with him regarding the tape, which is rumored to contain graphic content. "There has been a tremendous amount of interest in him," Hirsch told Crimesider. "We would be ready to pay $5 million."

Knowledge of the sex tape surfaced when Edward's former aide, Andrew Young, revealed its existence in his book, "The Politician." Young reportedly found the footage on an unmarked tape.


Eww... why would anyone want to see these two gross individuals engaged in sex acts... and while she's PREGNANT? sick!

Michelle McGee Claims She's "Shocked" After Sandra Bullock Adoption

Sighs...... some more BS from the tattoo-covered first mistress of Jesse James.

Michelle McGee is saying that she had no idea Sandra Bullock and her husband were trying to adopt, US Weekly reports. The infamous mistress was on the nationally syndicated Johnjay and Rich radio show today, where she was asked her take on the recent unveiling of 3 1/2-month-old baby Louis. "I was really shocked," she reportedly said. According to the US article, McGee says she never paid attention to celeb news until she began having an affair with James.

Yeah.. RIGHT! lol

The same article also says that James' second mistress has tried apologizing to Sandra Bullock. Melissa Smith reportedly wrote a typed one-page note to the Oscar-winning actress: "I felt I needed to reach out to you and tell you how deeply sorry I am for everything that you've been through."

... We're sure that means so much now.

Where is 21-year-old Julie Ann Gonzalez?

Police in Austin, Texas are struggling to find answers in the search for a young mother who was last seen on March 26th. 21-year-old Julie Ann Gonzalez was last seen by her estranged husband when he says she came to pick up their daughter. George De La Cruz, who is in divorce proceedings with Gonzalez, told HLN that his wife was acting strangely. "She looked completely different. She kind of looked sad. She was down. She was out of it, not there. Not concentrating," De La Cruz said. He claims she told him she had changed her mind and would come back later. She never did.

After she disappeared, HLN reports that Gonzalez's MySpace page was updated by a mobile phone user. The posts read "I wanted to run away" and "I'm sick of the BS in my life." Her car, which was almost brand new, was found abandoned outside a Walgreen's drug store. Gonzalez worked as a pharmacy technician at another Walgreen's. So far, the biggest break in the case has been the use of Julie's credit card at a Best Buy store in Austin. According to her mother, Sandra Soto, someone used her card to purchase the movie "The Spiderwick Chronicles". "They showed me the surveillance video and they asked me to identify the person who used the credit card. It was not her," Soto said. Other than that, Gonzalez' accounts remain inactive.

The young mom's aunt, Dora Cooper, said the following about her niece:
"Julie is a very responsible mother. She's not one of these 21-year-old types that just want to be out and party."

Oil Spill in the Gulf Starts Oozing Ashore; Huge Threat to Wildlife, Officials Say

USA Today is one of several news outlets reporting that the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico has started to ooze ashore, threatening all kinds of birds, fish, and other wildlife. The severity of the spill is emphasized by David Kennedy of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration in USA Today's article:

"I am frightened. This is a very, very big thing. And the efforts that are going to be required to do anything about it, especially if it continues on, are just mind-boggling."

Susan Kaderka, regional executive director for the National Wildlife Federation, says that the spill is going to be a big problem for marine mammals such as dolphins, whales, and sea turtles. This is because they all have to come up to the surface to breathe. In addition, some of the birds most affected include ducks, geese, as well as hundreds of species of migrating songbirds, which use the ecosystem as part of their journey on their way back from South America. Shorebirds such as cranes, gulls, and the brown pelican are also at risk.

The timing of the spill is incredibly unfortunate, according to Kaderka, since many species of fish are spawning and birds are nesting.

Nebraska Girl Tackles Fellow Partygoer and Bites His Ear After Being Called Fat

Mmm, yeah, this is bizarre. But we're guessing nobody will ever call this girl fat again. CBS News reports that officers arrived at a Lincoln hospital around 3:25 a.m. yesterday to talk to the man who had allegedly been injured in the "fat" attack. According to the Lincoln Police Department, Christian Bandiola and two of his friends were not getting along with others at a birthday party they had attended, so they decided to leave. On their way out, they had one last exchange of words with their fellow partygoers, with Bandiola calling 21-year-old Anna Godfrey "fat" from across the lawn. Not surprisingly, this comment did not make her happy, and she took off after the group of boys.

Police say Godfrey ran half a block to catch up with them, and then tackled the 24-year-old victim. Once there, police say she bit his right ear and caused a gash approximately 1/2"x 3/4" wide. Unfortunately the cartilage and skin were not able to be recovered, which means Bandiola's ear can only be repaired by plastic surgery.

CBS News reports that Godfrey was arrested on suspicion of felony assault and taken to the Lancaster County Jail.

Doctor's Assistant Claims He Was Michael Jackson's Gay Lover; Interview to air on Extra Tonight

A man is coming forward to say that he was Michael Jackson's secret lover up until the pop star's death, and surprisingly, the claim seems sort of believable. Jason Pfieffer was an assistant to Jackson's Dermatologist Dr. Arnold Klein when he says that he began a very "passionate and sexual" relationship with the icon. According to Extra's website, Dr. Klein is even confirming the relationship. He reportedly walked in on his assistant with a shirtless Jackson. "When you see two people looking at each other you know what's happening. I was just very happy for both of them," the doctor tells Extra.

The interview with Pfieffer is set to air on tonight's program, and according to Extra's website, it will include him playing a voicemail he still has from Jackson.

What?! Obviously we didn't think Michael Jackson was into women, but the story is still shocking.... and disturbing.

The Strange, Delusional World of Rielle Hunter

Today's Oprah show showed the uber-popular talkshow host in a slightly different light. While interviewing John Edward's former mistress Rielle Hunter, Oprah was remarkably on-point, and unrelenting in her style of questioning. It wasn't hard to tell that she didn't buy much of what Hunter was saying... and she made no secret of that. Much to our amusement, Oprah didn't let the ex-mistress off the hook on any question.

Today is the first time Rielle Hunter has spoken out since the one-time presidential candidate admitted paternity to 3-year-old Frances. During the one-hour program, Hunter repeatedly (and ironically) talked about her commitment to a "life of truth." This stance didn't sit well with Oprah, and she continued to question Hunter about the contradiction. When the talkshow host was quizzing Hunter on why she went along with Edwards' denial of paternity, Winfrey sarcastically asked, "So why did you, Miss Spirituality and 'Alignment with the Truth,' go along with that?" Rielle responded by saying that it was "because of her daughter."

Another entertaining moment came towards the end of the program, when Oprah finally asked, "Do you think you hurt Elizabeth Edwards?" Rielle replies: "Elizabeth... Johnny... and every one in that family was hurt." But Oprah isn't having this, and she verbalizes it: "That was good, but you didn't answer my question ," Winfrey says, "Do you think you hurt Elizabeth Edwards."
"I don't know...," Hunter says, adding that one would need to ask Elizabeth herself that question. The statement is one of Hunter's repeated displays of arrogance and delusion during the interview.

Maybe one day this woman will come to understand that the rules do apply to her, and that it is fair for people to judge her based on her actions.

We'd say more, if only Oprah hadn't done such a great job of exposing this nutjob.

Former WWE Star Chyna Named in Connection with LAPD Battery Case

Former WWE wrestler and Surreal Life star Chyna has been named in connection with an LAPD battery investigation. Chyna, whose real name is Joanie Laurer, is accused of brutally attacking her 24-year-old friend at a Sherman Oaks motel. According to Gabriela Targos, Laurer invited her to hang out at the motel on Saturday night, then beat her down once she got there. E! is reporting that the woman says she was punched in the face, dragged by her hair, and beaten with a wire hanger by the former pro wrestler. Only when she escaped the motel room was Targos able to flag down police.

There has been no word on what could have precipitated the attack, if it did occur. A detective for the West Valley Police Department confirmed to E! News that a battery investigation is currently underway to determine whether Gabriela Targos' story is indeed factual.

Jenna Jameson Thinks A Clean Drug Test Will Disprove Tito's Claims

Various news sources are reporting that Jenna Jameson tested clean for all drugs after a test was administered on Tuesday in Las Vegas. According to TMZ, Jameson's urine analysis was performed by American Toxicology Inc., and the ex-porn star believes it exonerates her completely at this point.

Jenna Jameson's attorney also issued the following statement to TMZ: "The lab tests clearly exonerate Jenna Jameson of any hint, iota, or suggestion that she ingested or was under the influence of any opiates or controlled substances."

Or do they??? At this point we are pretty skeptical of a so-called "clean" urine test, especially from someone with celebrity status. The company may be legit, but whose to say it was even her urine??

If you've read Jenna Jameson's autobiography (which we have), she has a history of drug addiction and her recent haggled appearance makes it easy to believe she has been under the influence.

Bottom line... We aren't discrediting Tito's story yet.

Shawn King's Alleged Lover Takes Lie Detector Test

We are now learning that the man who claims he had an affair with Larry King's wife is taking a lie detector test, and the results will be revealed on Entertainment Tonight. Hector Penate is a baseball coach who was hired by Larry King to teach his sons the game, but he's alleging that he did more than that. The same man also says that the couple's children were aware of his relations with their mother.

The lie detector test will reveal Penate's answers to questions such as "Did you have an affair with Larry King's wife?" and "Did you have sex with Shawn King in Larry King's bed?"

Sandra Bullock Adopts Baby Boy From New Orleans; Has Officially Filed for Divorce

It's now official - Sandra Bullock has filed for divorce from Jesse James, her husband of five years. Following James' cheating scandal and reports of possible antisemetic ties, the Oscar-winning actress remained in hiding while people speculated about the future of her marriage. Now People magazine is featuring Bullock and her 3 and a 1/2-month-old baby boy on the front of their new issue, the headline reading "Meet my Baby!" Inside the mag, Bullock talks publicly for the first time about the end of her marriage and about the child she adopted from New Orleans. Perhaps what will be most shocking to fans is the fact that Bullock had adopted the infant back in January, but was able to keep it under wraps with the help of friends and family. Now People says that she is planning to raise Louis Bardot Bullock as a single parent, without James.

People reports that Sandra and Jesse actually began the adoption process four years ago. After bringing the baby home in January, they planned to keep the news to themselves until the Oscars.

We couldn't be happier for Sandra, as we're sure so many others are as well. She deserves this happiness, in the wake of everything else that has unfolded in the past month. The new People also includes some commentary from Jesse James, who sounds apologetic and focused on beating the addiction that he says destroyed both his marriage and family.

Oprah Interview with Rielle Hunter to Air on Tomorrow's Show

Word is out that Oprah's interview with Rielle Hunter is scheduled for Thursday's show. In a new clip from the tell-all, the ex Edwards mistress reveals the former Senator came clean to his wife Elizabeth about having a child out of wedlock after his August 2008 interview on Dateline. According to Hunter, nobody in Edward's circle wanted him to do the sit-down with Bob Woodruff, which is when he admitted to having the affair. The clip from Oprah has Hunter saying that Elizabeth Edwards wanted her husband to go on TV and tell the truth, but at this point, she was unaware that her husband was the father of Rielle's child.

Oprah says what was most surprising about her talk with Hunter was that "she doesn't think of herself as a home wrecker."

Courtney Love Claims She Had an Affair with Gavin Rossdale... LoL

This girl is bad news, and it looks like she is working to keep her reputation. Yesterday on The Howard Stern Show the always-loopy Courtney Love told the radio host that she carried on an 8-month-long affair with Gavin Rossdale. Looney Love reportedly told Howard that Gavin was "lovely" and that "he got good in bed" during their alleged romps together. Howard asked Courtney point-blank if Gavin was involved with Gwen when he and Courtney had their affair, and she nonchalantly answered that he was, and that he was with "a few other people...we didn't have a lot of pressure on each other, but we did like each other quite a bit." Love even went as far as to say that she had "a vision of marrying [Gavin] at one time."

Who knows what time period Courtney is even referring to for this alleged affair, but either way, we really hope it isn't true. Not only is Courtney crazy, but we're doubting Gavin would stoop that low.

Courtney Love = Loco!! And a loose-lipped ignorant wench, if you really wanna know our opinion. We can't imagine why anyone would want to be associated with her at this point.

Tiki Barber Gets Served with Divorce Papers... and He's Surprised

Following the news of Tiki Barber's cheating scandal and his plans to leave his pregnant wife, the Today correspondent was apparently under the impression that divorce papers would come after their twins were born. However, it seems Ginny Cha has thrown a wrench into these plans, and we think it's a great move on her part. A source told TMZ that Barber was nothing short of shocked when he received divorce papers yesterday.

Although we're not sure why he'd care... if he's heartless enough to leave his wife of 10 years who is pregnant with twins (and with whom he already has two sons)..... why would such a thing bother him?

Star Magazine is reporting that Jesse James was spotted back in L.A. on Monday after spending a month in rehab to deal with "personal issues." Sandra Bullock's estranged scumball husband was seen taking his two daughters to school, and then heading to his Long Beach, CA. bike shop.

Maybe it's finally registering that his years-long double life isn't usually in the realm of forgiveness. At least not for someone like Sandra Bullock.

Jenna Jameson's Baby Daddy Arrested for Domestic Violence; He Says She's Addicted to Oxycontin

A few curveballs have now been thrown in the direction of the domestic violence arrest that took place at Jenna Jameson's home this morning. The former adult film star's live-in boyfriend, UFC fighter Tito Ortiz, was taken to the Huntington Beach jail after police responded to a call regarding a possible domestic disturbance at Jameson's address. TMZ was told that when police arrived at the couple's home, Jenna had "visible injuries." TMZ cameras caught up with Jameson and her father in her car, where she told them that she planned on pressing charges against the father of her twin boys.

Come late afternoon, Jenna was again on camera speaking to TMZ reporters, although it appeared she'd had a slight change of heart. This time she said that although the events that had transpired weren't "minor," still wants to work things out with Ortiz for the sake of their kids. She also told TMZ that she's not allowed to see Tito for at least a month.


Now, the latest word is coming from Tito Ortiz and his attorney, both of whom attended a news conference in North Hollywood about an hour ago. According to TMZ, Tito's attorney Chip Matthews said that Jenna Jameson is hooked on the powerful painkiller Oxycontin, and alleged that this was the root of this morning's domestic dispute. He explained that Jenna had a relapse and that Tito confronted her about the drugs he claims to have found. Matthews also went on to say that Jameson had been to rehab before and that her addiction has led to multiple suicide calls to 911.

Apparently Ortiz was very choked up and stated that he hopes "Jenna will be okay."

Hmm... what to think of this? After reading JJ's book, I know that she is no stranger to addiction. But even if Tito did confront her about finding something, there is NEVER any reason to put your hands on a woman! Esp. the mother of your kids! We hope she stays away for a long time.

At first we gave the guy credit, since he put up with Kate for all those years. But now it's become clear that not only is Jon Gosselin a total deuche, but he is uber-desperate for cash, even if it means latching onto a rich older woman. The newest issue of US Weekly has an inside source saying that Jon already has his sights set on a wealthy forty-something from Washington, D.C "She's rich -- and he's hoping to have her back one of his projects," the source tells US.

Aside from this pathetic tactic, multiple sources are reporting that Jon is even trying to sell his car to make some extra cash. US Weekly's article says that the 33-year-old reality star bought the used BMW M3 last year for $30,000, and is now hoping to get around $25,000 for it.

Ha... Jon is just pathetic--and annoying! Funny how he stands around and answers questions for TMZ, acting like people are just waiting to hear any commentary he will give.

Mother Sentenced to Life For Pushing Her Children off of a Bridge, Killing One

Doesn't get more disturbing than this...

KPTV out of Portland reports that a Tualatin woman was sentenced to life in prison today after she forced her two children off a bridge, killing one of them. Amanda Stott-Smith, 32, allegedly drove her children to the Sellwood Bridge on May 23rd and pushed them into the river shortly after midnight. Approximately one half-hour later, a couple heard the children screaming and were able to pull them from the water. The older child survived, but little 4-year-old Eldon Smith Jr. was not so lucky.

Stott-Smith changed her plea to guilty earlier this month as part of a deal that spared her from the death penalty. She will have to serve 35 years before she has the possibility of parole.

SICK!!! In our opinion she should never have the possibility of parole!!

Details of Beresford-Redman Love Triangle Exposed Via Leaked E-mails

E-mails exchanged between former Survivor Producer Bruce Beresford-Redman and his mistress have been leaked after a close friend of Monica Beresford-Redman reportedly sold them to Radaronline. The e-mails, which are dated through mid-March, include conversations between the mistress Joy Pierce and Monica Beresford-Redman, evidence she was well aware of her husband's infidelity.

Below are some of the comments exchanged in the e-mails:

"I told you that I would not leave my family. That was true and honest I was not misleading you," Bruce wrote in an email to Joy. "Then that changed and I told you that I didn't feel I would be happy without you and that I was going to leave my family so that we could be together."

Also in another conversation with Pierce, Bruce said:
"She [Monica] has denied me access to my children (and continues to do so), she has shut me out of my home, she has liquidated all my money and going even further than I thought she would she has alleged at my daughter's school that I am abusive and unfit and should not be allowed to pick up my daughter."

In an e-mail from Monica to Joy, Monica says that Bruce "is a liar" and "is so manipulative" that she "wants to expose him, so he can feel stupid."

Missing Ohio Mom & Mystery Man Found in Miami Beach!

CNN: Police announced today that missing Ohio mom Tiffany Tehan has been found in Miami Beach along with the mystery man she was spotted with on the surveillance video. Xenia Police Capt. said that the mother is safe and has been in contact with her family. He did not comment on her alleged accomplice, Tre B. Hutcherson, but CNN affiliate WHIO-TV out of Dayton said that he was found safe in Miami Beach as well. Tehan reportedly told police she left Ohio voluntarily, with the intent of starting a new life. Miami Beach police also said the two were romantically involved.

Tehan, a 31-year-old with a 1-year-old daughter, disappeared Saturday morning after leaving the family's home to go shopping for the day. The Ford Explorer she was driving was found the next day, abandoned and with a flat tire, near a skate park in nearby Kettering, police said.

The Xenia PD say they’ve spent over 200 hours of overtime on the case, and it’s possible Tehan could face charges.

We think she should.... what kind of a mother does this???? When she has a 1-year-old baby at home and a husband. Selfish!

Mom Passes Out After Meth Binge and Smothers Baby

This is truly deplorable..........

Police say that a 25-year-old mom from Livermore, CA is being charged with murder after she allegedly passed out on her infant following a 4-day meth binge. YES, you read that right. Jessica Adams reportedly told police that she accidentally suffocated her 2-month-old son while she was sleeping on March 19, 2009. However, investigators have learned otherwise, and they are now saying that the mother passed out on the child after a 4-day drug bender. Jessica Adams was apparently celebrating her birthday and insisted on taking the baby with her! Police say witness accounts have her insisting on keeping her son with her, even after others had offered to take care of him during her alleged B-day binge.

According to CBS affiliate KPIX, police didn't know that at the time of her infant son's death Adams had two other children, ages three and five. Those children had been taken away from her by Child Protective Services because they were born with meth in their systems, police said.

UGH!!! There are no words to express.. Why didn't those around her do something MORE?

Mother of Slain Producer's Wife Meets with Prosecutor in Cancun

Monica Beresford-Redman's mother met with a prosecutor in Cancun, Mexico, for several hours Tuesday night concerning her daughter's death there two weeks ago. According to CNN's news story, Ely Burgos was on a mission to retrieve her daughter's body and to provide information to investigators. Burgos gave them copies of e-mails exchanged between Bruce and Monica Beresford-Redman in the weeks before their Cancun trip. According to family, the couple had taken the vacation in order to work on their marital troubles.

CNN news stated that the Quintana Roo state Attorney General was still waiting on forensic test results before deciding if TV producer Bruce Beresford-Redman would be allowed to leave Mexico.

What an awful situation for Mrs. Burgos and her family. We can only hope that the insight they provided to investigators will lead to a quicker connecting of the dots... and the arrest of the person responsible!

Quite the statements to make......... we'll have to see if the guy shows any credibility.

Missing Ohio Mom Seen with Man From Surveillance Video Last Month

Now the question becomes: Did she leave on her own?

The woman who went missing from Xenia, Ohio on Saturday has been seen in a convenience store surveillance video with a man her friends and family cannot identify. According to police, Tiffany Tehan was reportedly seen several times in the Circle K store this month and last with this same man. The Dayton Daily News is now identifying the individual as Tre B. Hutcherson, 42. According to this same source, Hutcherson has been missing for several days. “We believe that he may know the whereabouts of Tiffany or it’s possible that they are together,” Xenia police Capt. Scott Anger said.

The Dayton Daily News is also saying that a woman who answered the door at Hutcherson’s residence and identified herself as his wife said he took $2,000 from their bank account.

“Obviously they are together,” she said. “(Hutcherson) wouldn’t hurt Tiffany.”

Something fishy going on here...

Steven Seagal's "Other" Accusers Give Sworn Statements... Details Just as Creepy!!

The all-knowing TMZ has learned the creepy details of two sworn declarations given to Steven Seagal's original accuser and her attorney. The stories sound very similar to that of Kayden Nguyen, who is the 23-year-old plaintiff bringing a lawsuit against the action star. According to TMZ, both women also claim they were hired by Seagal to serve as his assistant, but ended up quitting when he made inappropriate advances on them. One of the declarations alleges that Seagal is accused of luring her into his bedroom, putting his hands on the woman's breasts and stating that he was "checking just as a doctor would for lumps." The document continues, "Seagal reached his hand down my pants. He said, 'I just wanted to touch it for a second to see what it felt like.'" According to TMZ's story, the woman screamed and cried until Seagal let her go.

Ewww! Really?! Who is this guy?

Mother Tells PEOPLE that Phoebe Prince Case Saved her Daughter's Life

Maybe something good can come from this tragedy. A mother is telling PEOPLE that the Phoebe Prince case turned her onto the warning signs of bullying that were causing her daughter to crack. Carla Carey of Foxboro, Massachusetts said that she was hearing comments from her daughter that were eerily similar to what 15-year-old Phoebe Prince reportedly said before taking her own life. "My daughter said things like, 'I can't go on,'" the mom told People. Apparently Foxboro's daughter had gone to officials at Ahern Middle School after months of bullying by a classmate, but the incidents could not be validated. Finally, after overhearing a series of telephone calls that left her daughter in tears, Carla Carey decided to intervene. She called the police and had the girl taken to a hospital, where she stayed for six days.


"I learned the warning signs," says Carey. "Phoebe Prince's suicide saved my daughter's life."

Courtney Love Confirms Her Insanity

Courtney Love is all over the place these days, and not in a good way. In a new issue of NME, a British music magazine, the Hole frontwoman declares that "Courtney Love is dead." According to the article, she will now go by Courtney Michelle, the last name being replaced by her real middle name.

Some rather strange quotes from the interview:

"We've all decided we don't like her anymore. We love her when she goes onstage, but I don't need her in the rest of my life."

"Courtney Love is a way to oppress me."

Ummm ok... crazy!

Something else that got under our skin recently: Courtney Love/Michelle picking and choosing who can play her late husband in the movie about his band. We understand she has the rights to the film, but her idiotic comments cannot be ignored:

"Isn't that so stupid, who would cast him? That's just wrong, no offense (to Pattinson)," Love told The Canadian Press.

The question should really be... who should cast YOU? Or allow you to appear publicly on behalf of their company/name/label whatever.

Steven Seagal's Ex-wife Tells TMZ She's "Not Surprised" by Sex Allegations

We saw this coming a mile away... didn't you? Aside from reports of other women set to come out against him, TMZ is reporting that Steven Seagal's ex-wife has hinted at a dark past with the action star. Kelly LeBrock, who was married to Seagal from 1987 to 1994, told TMZ that she's "not surprised" by news of her ex-husband's alleged misconduct. She also stated: "I will refrain from saying anything specific now because of our 3 children."

When pressed by the source, LeBrock went on to say that she had "many shocking things to say about Mr. Seagal which will be known soon when my book comes out."

!! Looks like more trouble for Lawman. Not that we care... cause if he's a perv, he deserves it.

Search Continues for Ohio Woman Missing Since Saturday

A Xenia, Ohio woman is missing after she went out to visit some garage sales and never returned. Tiffany Tehan, 31, last spoke to her family via cell phone on Saturday morning and has not been seen or heard from since, WHIO local news reports. Her green Ford Explorer was found abandoned and with a flat tire early Sunday near a skate park in nearby Kettering, Ohio, police said. Tiffany Tehan has a 1-year-old daughter with her husband David, who told WHIO Channel 7: "It gets scarier and scarier as time goes by."

“Her being gone is totally out of character by everybody’s account,” Capt. Scott Anger of the Xenia Police told CNN. “These are unusual circumstances and we do have some concerns for her safety.”

Veteran Trial Lawyer Joins Drew Peterson Defense

Not that we think it will change anything for the former Illinois cop... I.O.W., he should still be found guilty! CNN is reporting that Joseph Lopez, nicknamed "The Shark", is joining lead attorney Joel Brodsky in defending Peterson against the charges of murder in the death of his third wife, Kathleen Savio. According to CNN, Lopez is known for representing some of Chicago's most notorious mobsters. Peterson lost two other attorneys last week after they filed motions asking to withdraw from the case, citing "irreconcilable differences" with Brodsky. The trial's start date of June 14th remains unchanged.

Kathleen Savio's death was ruled a homicide after Drew Peterson's fourth wife, Stacy Peterson, disappeared in 2007. This gave police cause to exhume Savio's body and perform a second autopsy, which resulted in the cause of death being changed to homicide.

There is something about Drew Peterson that is sooooo creepy..... aside from the fact he's suspected of killing both his 3rd and 4th wives.

Fresno Woman Admits to Drowning Her 2-Month-Old

SICKENING! Another woman allegedly murders her own baby!

When will this trend stop??

News station KMPH out of Fresno reports that 23-year-old Gabriela Castaneda Espinosa has been arrested on suspicion of murder after revealing to investigators that she had drowned her 2-month-old baby boy. Espinosa was picked up by the CHP early Saturday morning when she was spotted driving erratically on highway 41 near Herndon. According to KMPH, she was taken to a hospital, where she confessed to the crime. Police visited the Economy Inn where the young mother had been staying and found the 2-month-old baby not breathing. Deputy Chief Robert Nevarez of the Fresno PD stated that the officers had attempted CPR, but the infant was pronounced dead at the scene. Aside from the baby boy, a 4 and 6-year old were also found in the motel room, unharmed.

"Espinosa has no criminal history, no history of mental illness. The kids have no history with Child Protective Services. This is a unique situation to have this happen so suddenly and so unexpectedly," said Chief Nevarez.

How disturbing is that!? What was this girl doing with so many children....... or even just babysitting someone else's kids?

Tragic.

Spencer Pratt Having Early Mid-Life Crisis, Needs Help

Spencer Pratt has gone mad. No, seriously, gone mad. After re-reading his latest tirade, we feel it's necessary to pay attention to the issue at hand: Spencer has hit rock-bottom, gone crazy, psycho... whatever it is, it probably stems from the unhappiness in his own life. He must be angry at the world (we can come up with a few reasons why). Now nobody is safe from the loose cannon, including individuals like Ke$ha and J-Wow, two people who have probably never met Pratt.

We might be going overboard on this subject, but we just can't get over it - what an As$hole! On April 6th, former NFL star Tiki Barber announced his separation from wife Ginny, with whom he is expecting twins any day now. It didn't take long for it to become obvious in the news and from Barber himself that the Today correspondent did it all for his 23-year-old mistress, whom he's been seeing since 2008. Now US Weekly's latest issue has a source saying that Tiki was introducing Traci Lynn Johnson as his girlfriend at the Vancouver Olympics! "They were acting like a couple - kissing and holding hands," the source told US.

Ewww!!! That's so wrong. How can this girl be okay with herself when in the back of her mind she knows her "boyfriend" has 2 sons at home and a wife who is pregnant with twins?!!!

We love Lindsay, but we can't agree with her recent response to Dr. Drew's comments regarding her health. The VH1 reality star (and real-life doctor) tried to clarify his sentiments to the Huffington Post yesterday, stating “When I was asked as a father, if I were in Michael Lohan’s position, what would I do to help my daughter, I am clear that I would go to any lengths to get her to and retain her in treatment. Bringing legal consequences to bear is often the only alternative.” Drew also made sure to note that he was speaking from an outside point of view, adding that he did not know whether Lindsay was addicted, as he is not Michael Lohan.

Well, the clarifying didn't make Leelo feel any better... she had some harsh words for Dr. Drew, which she told to GossipCop.com: “He’s such a loser… He’s not a real doctor, he’s a celebrity doctor.”

The identity of Bruce Beresford-Redman's alleged mistress has been exposed, thanks to Radar Online. According the source, the former 'Survivor' producer's woman on the side is a casting director by the name of Joy Pierce. Pierce worked with Bruce on USA network's Crash Course in 2009 and also on the boxing reality show The Contender in 2005.

After Beresford-Redman became a prime suspect in his wife's murder, rumors of his infidelity surfaced, followed by reports that the couple had taken a trip to Cancun to work on their marital troubles. According to Monica Beresford-Reman's sister, she was aware of Bruce's affair, and it became a subject of argument on the night police believe she was killed.

Misty Croslin Knows What Happened to Haleigh, Says Her Grandmother

On Friday HLN news programs revealed that investigators searching the St. John's river for clues in the Haleigh Cummings homicide case retrieved two cinder blocks from the water. The finding is significant due to the fact Misty Croslin's grandmother had provided a theory of what could've happened to the little girl, based on information her granddaughter allegedly confessed to her. The theory involved a rope and cinder block. In addition, back when Haleigh vanished in February 2009, Misty Croslin told police that she awoke to the back door propped wide-open, held in place by a cinder block. The blocks, along with additional evidence have been transported for forensic analysis.

Flora Hollars has said that she believes Misty had nothing to do with Haleigh's disappearance/possible homicide. She stated on Jane-Velez Mitchell's news program 'Issues' that she believed her granddaughter's account of what happened that night, a story that involved a crazed cousin of Misty and Tommy's named Joe Overstreet. Overstreet allegedly stormed into the trailer that night, and demanded a gun belonging to Ronald Cummings. Misty realized the gun was not there, and in retaliation, she says Joe snatched little Haleigh and held a knife to her throat.

John Gardner III Pleads Guilty to Murdering Chelsea King and Amber Dubois!

This morning convicted sex offender John Gardner III pleaded guilty to murdering two California teens after prosecutors agreed not to seek the death penalty. The disappearances of both Chelsea King, 17, and Amber DuBois, 14, became the focus of news programs around the country, and Gardner was named a person of interest after King's body was found in early March. According to the Del Mar Times, he is expected to be sentenced to two consecutive life prison terms without the possibility of parole.


As reported by the Del Mar Times, Gardner admitted to raping and killing 17-year-old Chelsea King, who disappeared after going for a run Feb. 25 at Rancho Bernardo Community Park. Her remains were discovered 5 days later in a shallow grave near a tributary of nearby Lake Hodges, which is not far from Gardner's mother's home. Prosecutors say Gardner was linked to the crime by DNA found on Chelsea's clothing.

He also admitted killing 14-year-old Amber Dubois, who vanished while walking to Escondido High School in February 2009. The girl's bones were discovered March 6 in a rugged, remote area north of San Diego. Solid leads did not develop in the case until Gardner was linked to Chelsea King's murder, which occurred in the same vicinity of Amber Dubois' disappearance.

Prosecutors Say a Man Has Confessed to Chicago Shooting Deaths

Prosecutors announced today that a suspect has confessed to the Chicago shootings that claimed four lives last Wednesday. The Associated Press reports that James Larry, 32, of Madison, Wisconsin, gave a videotaped confession in which he admitted to the shootings of his pregnant wife, infant son and two nieces in their Chicago home. Larry also led police to where he claims he dropped the handgun after committing the crimes early Wednesday morning. Assistant Public Defender Julie Koehler said his client needed treatment and had been under a doctor's care for mental health problems for eight years.

Larry was charged Thursday night with four counts of 1st-degree murder, four counts of attempted 1st-degree murder and two counts of intentional homicide of an unborn child. Along with his wife, his 16-year-old niece was pregnant. Larry reportedly told police that he heard voices encouraging him to kill his family and was sorry he had run out of bullets, a person close to the investigation told The Associated Press. According to the story, the suspect's mother and nephew were wounded but survived.

How insanely tragic! The man definitely heard voices and has severe psychiatric problems.... if not he's a cold-blooded psychopath who also has good acting skills.

This is so hard for us to look at-- because we adore Dave Navarro and think the lucky recipient of his kiss is absolutely revolting! TMZ reported that the former Red HOT Chili Pepper and Courtney Love (!!!) made out/sucked face/whatever after taking the stage last night at a Camp Freddy show. The gig took place at Hollywood & Highland (wherever that is).

What could the circumstances for this be?! Were they embracing because they are good friends, feeling good and wanting to have fun with the audience? A publicity stunt? We're guessing both.

Either way, Courtney Love should never be on the receiving end of a kiss from Dave Navarro!!!

Brooke Mueller Moves Out

Well this is a sigh moment. Right after we vented about Charlie Sheen getting these gorgeous women, Star is the first to report that Brooke Mueller is moving out of the Mulholland Estates home she shares with him. The magazine also says that Brooke, 32, is taking 1-year-old twins Max and Bob with her. We can only guess that it's the recent rumors of Charlie's trysts with an escort that have pushed his wife to a breaking point.

Sheen still faces a July jury trial in Colorado on charges of assault along with criminal mischief and menacing.

When contacted, Brooke told Star: "I'm not going to comment, other than to say that I'm doing what I need to do to move forward with my life."

When Audrina Patridge appeared on Lopez Tonight this past Tuesday, the reality star briefly touched on Hills cast mate Heidi Montag's plastic surgery. Patridge, 24, said that Montag has "changed a bit" in personality and physical appearance since they met. "She got her chin chiseled, her nose done again, her cheeks, boobs redone, lipo, butt job, I don't know ten procedures ... in one day...It's a lot." (USMagazine.com) Of course we can assume that Audrina was asked her opinion on the subject, since that's the way most of those Tonight shows work, i.e. host puts guest on the spot, tries to squeeze out an answer, you know the drill.

Leave it to Spencer to completely wig out and spew some hatred over these comments. "Audrina - Don't hate because your nasty Tijuana plastic surgery got you no press," Pratt said via Twitter. Then he brought Audrina's new on/off-again boyfriend into the tirade: "Who elected you to gage cool - BITCH! Why don't u and ur played out 90s singer Cabrera go into a bathroom stall and do what u do best..."

We think it's a little overboard... besides, it's not like Heidi has ever talked about the procedures she's had done... nor has she gone as far as to wear a bikini after the surgery.

More Women to Come Forward With Claims Against Steven Seagal

This is no bombshell, given the details of an original lawsuit filed against Steven Seagal. Radaronline.com broke the news earlier today that more women are set to come forward with claims of sexual harassment against the actor. According to Kayden NGuyen's lawyer, William Waldo, she just happens to be first in a line of women that have experienced the same misconduct at the hands of Seagal, Radaronline.com reports. "Several of Seagal's other victims have already come to my office and submitted sworn declarations detailing the facts of Seagal's illegal conduct towards them," said Waldo.

Person(s) of Interest in Haleigh Cummings Case; Sheriff Says 5-Year-Old Likely Dead

For the first time, investigators are calling the case of missing 5-year-old Haleigh Cummings a homicide. In addition, detectives have identified persons of interest. "People are starting to cooperate, that's why I've told people it's only a matter of time," Putnam County Sheriff Jeff Hardy stated at a press conference today. "It's a good thing. People are starting to talk."

We are now learning through Jane Velez-Mitchell's news program 'Issues' that the tipster was Misty and Tommy Croslin's grandmother. The grandmother stated that Joe Overstreet, a Croslin cousin, had been acting very strangely ever since returning from Florida where he had a meeting with investigators late last night. In addition, the woman told a reporter that upon returning to Tennessee, Joe was furious with her and used some choice words to tell her not to contact him anymore.

Misty Croslin reportedly told investigators that the night Haleigh vanished, a crazed Joe came to the trailer and demanded Ron Cumming's gun. Somehow he ended up taking the little girl when he didn't get what he wanted, and held a knife to the throat of Misty. Through HLN program 'Issues' we are learning that Joe allegedly threatened Tommy as well, telling him he would kill his entire family if he said anything. For the first time Tommy and Misty's stories are beginning to merge.

During a short interview clip they showed during Jane Velez, cousin Joe did not seem believable AT ALL. He would not make eye contact and simply said he had nothing to do with it. There was no emotion in his response, and his eyes were creepy looking - very dark. What's more, 'Issues' also mentioned an inside source saying the river being searched is a place where Joe liked to go and throw animals into the water, only to watch them get eaten by alligators. If true, this is a surefire sign that this individual is disturbed, and certainly capable of violent behavior.

Now we are reminded - thanks to several news articles that used her former 'gig' in descriptions of the 24-year-old. Fame-seeking Grubbs was on Season 1 of VH1's Tool Academy!!!!!!!!! And guess what? She again played the role of mistress.... when her "boyfriend" Shawn watched his real girlfriend of 6 years walk in and announce herself. We recall it being sort of strange because Grubbs didn't act that shocked - and she simply left and allowed the girl to take her place.

Apparently she likes to be the "other" woman.

OK get this girl off TV! It's too obvious now that she will do anything to get her 15.

District Attorney Richard A. Brown says it's the ninth time in five months that a family member or babysitter has been accused of killing or severely injuring a child in Queens.
This in addition to other recent stories of stepfathers and/or boyfriends beating children to death! (think Marc Bookal, Lawrence King III)

A CBS local news affiliate reported that a Queens, NY man was arraigned Wednesday on a second-degree murder charge after fatally punching his 7-month-old in the chest. Prosecutors allege that Larry Greene yelled "toughen up" while assaulting the crying baby. The boy, named Xiah, died Tuesday night. The medical examiner noted that he also had bruises on his head and neck.

Tiki Barber's Father-in-Law Speaks Out

Tiki Barber has chosen to leave his pregnant wife, Ginny, for a 23-year-old former intern, and that obviously doesn't sit well with Ginny's father. Won Cha gave Star magazine an interview for its newest issue, and it reveals that he is heartbroken over his son-in-law's infidelity. On the other hand, when it comes to Barber's decision to leave his daughter while she's pregnant with twins, Won Cha has something else to say: "For him to leave her like that while she’s pregnant is just sick," the father tells the magazine.

We couldn't agree more... it is sick! Tiki Barber's a deceitful, lowlife a$$hole!

Star's recap of the article, which appears in the April 26th issue, also reveals some brazen behavior on the part of Barber's mistress, 23-year-old Traci Lynn Johnson. According to Star, Ginny became pregnant during the fall of last year, and on September 5th Johnson posted a picture of Tiki's Maserati on her Facebook page. She captioned it "Boyfriend's whip."

Wow, kinda inconsiderate, don't you think? Hasn't Traci Johnson heard of the theory that if he cheats on someone to be with you, you'll likely find yourself in the same position (as his WIFE) later on??? Idiot!

Why Jessica Biel Should Leave Justin Timberlake

This is like the 4th time in the last year that we've heard about problems between Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel. In addition to the newest issue, US magazine also did a cover feature on the couple in late September of 2009, the headline reading "Justin says it's Over!". The article said that Timberlake had ended it over the phone "about a month ago", according to his pal. It also said that Biel was in denial over the split and didn't want to let go. Shortly after this story broke, Jessica & Justin were regularly spotted out together, acting as if everything were fine. The relationship scrutiny remained off the media radar until news broke of Justin co-starring with ex Cameron Diaz in the Bad Teacher earlier this year. Now Us Magazine is reporting that Jessica Biel's man of 3 years is "torturing" her by cozying up to his ex on set. What's more, a source close to Timberlake tells US that he "won't marry" her because "he doesn't respect her anymore." In fact, the source says, "when she's not around, he'll make fun of her to his friends." (USMagazine.com)

Instead of putting up with Justin's crap, we think Jessica would be wise to kick him to the curb and MOVE ON! The girl is gorgeous and she has so much going for her. It seems like Justin has been dragging his feet for a long time-- and he's breaking his girlfriend's heart in the process. Jess doesn't deserve this -- there are millions of men who would kill to be with her! JT's shady behavior is only adding more stress to her life, so we hope she makes the right decision and ends it... for good!
