Bruce Beresford-Redman Officially Charged with his Wife's Murder

Prosecutors in Mexico have made their move on Bruce Beresford-Redman, the reality TV producer who recently fled the country following a probe into the April 8th death of his wife, Monica Brugos Beresford-Redman. KNX 1070 Newsradio out of Los Angeles reported earlier today that a state attorney general in Mexico has filed murder charges against the former 'Survivor' producer. An arrest warrant is expected to be issued sometime today.


All we can say is ... YES. Justice is being served.

What a relief for Monica Brugos' family, who were beginning to wonder if Mexican authorities had let her killer slip away.

Joke of the Day: LeAnn Rimes Has Cease and Desist Letter Sent to her Boyfriend's Wife

Uh... talk about something out of left field. And a little late. Bitch already got her husband! Why is she still trying to go there ?

E News reported that LeAnn Rimes' lawyer sent a cease and desist letter to her boyfriend's wife on Thursday, citing allegations of slander. According to the document, Brandi Glanville has 5 days to respond, or Rimes will move forward with a lawsuit. Sources from the side of Eddie Cibrian's ex are saying that the ridiculous claims originate from the time when she and Eddie were still together and "trying to work things out". Brandi had reportedly called LeAnn a "stalker" in the press, but this was before she discovered that Rimes and Cibrian were still secretly seeing eachother.

A rep for LeAnn told E! News that the letter was sent "after months and months of Brandi speaking about LeAnn in the press and telling lies. This is a reaction, and something she felt was necessary to do to protect herself."

Right... as if the public would think any better of you minus the comments made by your boyfriend's wife. You still cheated on your own husband and slept with somebody else's! Dumb ass.

Message From Swizz Beats' Ex-Wife Reveals Alicia Keys Relationship Began While They Were Still Married, Living Together

A rep for Alicia Keys and Swizz Beats recently confirmed that the pair are engaged and expecting, but the news doesn't sound so joyous now that we've learned how the two hip-hop artists supposedly came together.

Last year Swizz's ex-wife posted a lengthy message in which she alleges that Keys and her husband were seeing eachother while the two were still married, their second son just an infant. In the letter, Mashonda Tifrere makes it a point to say that she does not hold the singer responsible for stealing her husband, but the alleged flaunting of the affair is what bothered her. Tifrere, who is also an R&B singer, says that she tried reaching out to Keys several times but with no success.

The following are pieces of the open message, dated 9/26/2009 and posted by Mashonda on allhiphop.com:

The 1st time I meet AK, my husband introduced us to each other at an event. ( I have no choice but to call him my husband, until he is not anymore) In the messages that I sent to her (AK), I made it very clear that on the contrary of what she might be hearing, I am still married to my husband, living with him and just had a child. Its been two years and I still have not received a response. What I do receive, is constant displays of selfishness and disconcern to me and my son.

I was a fan of AK's last album, we were both signed to J Records and I always checked up on her projects. I sang her songs and admired her for creating Superwoman and Karma, I would never deny her, her talent. I believed in her until I found out she was possibly sleeping with my husband. The affair was denied by both, until it was finally admitted months later.

My concern with AK is no longer the fact that she assisted in destroying a family but that she has the audacity to make these selfish comments about love and wanting to be with someone, even after knowing their situation. How is this the same Superwoman that I sang out loud with in my truck? I ask myself sometimes.

Im not saying everything was perfect all the time but no relationship is perfect. We made a vow to God and I believe you should have respected that, as a woman. I know you owe me or my son nothing but I just wish you would've handled things more carefully. I'm not judging you, I put you and the whole situation in the hands of God, the Higher Power. Just know that as a woman, I expected so much more from you. I never had intentions on reaching out to you this way but after reading your twits tonight, and the constant disregard, you left me no choice. I feel that after 1 and a half years of you hiding this affair and acting like it doesnt exist, that now is the time to confront it, since you talk so openly about it now

I read your tweets tonight and I felt they were very insensitive. You have no idea how much pain I was caused because of this affair. Its baffling to me that you don't understand what I might have gone through with this situation. I dont consider myself a victim anymore, Ive learned alot from this! I just ask you to try and be a bit more realistic and delicate to the situation, at least until my divorce is final. I felt me attending the party would have been a starting point for us, since you shook my hand after I offered it, but I suppose I was wrong.

If its so, that you and my husband are meant to be together, then God bless you both and I hope you never have to deal with what I did. I would not wish it on my worst enemy. If you two being together forever is the case, its more of a reason for us to get along, because I'm not going anywhere. Theres a child to be raised.


If things really worked out this way (which we believe they did), then Alicia Keys isn't as genuine as she seems. Doesn't she know that if he will leave his girlfriend or wife for you, then you might find yourself in the same scenario later down the road....?? OH and what goes around comes around.

As for Swizz Beats, we think he's a coward for stringing his wife along.

Judge Rules that Beresford-Redman Children Can't Attend Mother's Memorial!

UNBELIEVABLE! After these poor children lose their mother, a judge rules that they cannot attend her memorial service!

We were APPALLED to learn that it was Bruce Beresford-Redman, a person of interest in his wife's murder, who wanted his children kept from attending. CNN reports that the reality TV producer hired a therapist who said that the service could be emotionally harmful to the young children, ages 3 and 5.

The Sunday memorial is planned by the sisters of Monica Beresford-Redman, who are also fighting for custody of her children.

Maybe the reason Bruce doesn't want his kids attending their mother's memorial is because they might get wind of what really happened to her? This is a possibility since Bruce's mother actually told the children that their mother died in a car accident! TMZ obtained court filings in which Monica's sister, Carla Brugos, says that Juanita Beresford-Redman told the kids that "their mother had been hit by a car, fell, and hit her head." Even worse, the filing continued: "She further told the children that no one in Mexico knew their mother, so no one could find her until their father finally found her in the hospital." (TMZ)


SICKENING!   These children should absolutely be allowed to attend a service for their mother. They are already aware that she's passed, so we think it'd be emotionally damaging for them to NOT go.

Heidi Montag & Spencer Bratt Really Breaking Up.... ! Yes

They tried to deny this rumor (or any trouble in their marriage whatsoever) when it came up about a month ago....  but now that old saying is ringing true: Where there's smoke, there's fire. Heidi Pratt insisted everything was absolutely fine with her & Spencer when she fired him as her manager, citing it as a professional decision. Fast forward about a month, and now Heidi's rep is confirming the break-up to various news outlets:

"Yes the split is real. She's trying to lay low right now. It's a separation for now, not divorce," her rep told Star.

The rep also told TMZ: "Heidi is looking to move out due to all the fake bad press that Spencer controls. She's tired of it and is looking for a place and wants to focus on her acting career."




It seems that the brainwashed Barbie doll really does have a mind of her own. She's smart to get out now, before things get any weirder. (Not that they can.... her husband, who follows her around everywhere, wears military-like clothing and drapes himself in so-called healing crystals)

Insane Fan Hysteria Surrounding Justin Bieber.... WTF?

We don't know where Justin Bieber came from, but we can admit he's cute... for a KID, that is!!! The fan hysteria or 'Bieber Fever' has gotten way out of control. He posed for a pic with Kim Kardashian and then she got death threats. Now Popeater says that someone has created computer software which removes Justin Bieber references from the web, and the reaction has been (of course) insane. The Toronto man who invented the software has received death threats, and one fan even compared him to Hitler. Popeater published a message sent by a 15-year-old named Alex:

"I just wanted to give you the heads up that you will have MANY people that are enraged with you. I'm talking 5,000,000. Me included," Alex wrote. "I realize that you're just stating an opinion, but what you're doing is going back to World War II all over again. Hitler wanting to erase Jews from society -- you want to erase Justin Bieber..."
Um.... PSYCHO.

'Shaved Bieber' creator Greg Leuch told the Toronto Sun that he designed the program after his friends complained about seeing Justin Bieber everywhere they went on the web. According to the article, Leuch's program is simply an add-on for the Firefox browser that gives users the ability to cover up any online reference to the teen obsession. Greg Leuch told the Sun that he was taking the death threats in stride and publishing them as he receives them. One girl actually twittered about her misery after her parents reportedly enabled the 'Shaved Bieber':

Mum put that shaved bieber thing on all our computers!” she tweeted. “I’m like crying, i hate u (sic) sooo much mum.”

TV Producer's Lawyer: Prosecutors Want Him Arrested for Murder

Finally some good news in the case of Bruce Beresford-Redman, who is a primary suspect person of interest in the April 8th death of his wife, Monica Burgos Beresford-Redman. Since leaving Mexico, the TV producer seemed to think he was home-free......... but fortunately that's not the case, and his own attorney said that authorities are on his trail.


In a report published yesterday, Bruce's Mexican lawyer told TMZ that prosecutors want his client charged with first-degree murder. The attorney, Jaime Cancino Leon, told the source that prosecutors will make their move by the end of Monday. Per TMZ's article, Mexican law requires that the Attorney General submit his recommendation to a judge, who will then review the evidence. If the judge determines that probable cause exists, then Beresford-Redman will be formally charged with the murder of his wife, and an arrest warrant will be issued.

If Beresford-Redman ends up getting convicted, he could face anywhere from 4 to 20 years in prison. Unfortunately there is no death penalty or life sentence in Mexico.

Jesse James' Stepmother Says He Liked to Kill Animals When He Was a Teenager

We sooooo believe this! Bad boy Jesse James admits he was a juvenile delinquent... and this kind of sick behavior fits right in with that mentality.

During his Nightline interview, James sparked controversy when he said that he suffered abuse at the hands of his father as a child. His former stepmother came out to deny these claims, telling TMZ that Larry James "was the most caring father." Now Janina James Coan is going on the offensive, revealing some disturbing events that she says took place during Jesse's teen years. "When Jesse was about 14 or 15 years old he started killing baby rats by injecting them with alcohol,” she told Radaronline.com exclusively. “He told me it’s what Dr. Mengele would do.” In addition, Coan said that when James was growing up, his bedroom was filled with Hitler and World War II items. She even stated that his business logo for West Coast Choppers was influenced by the Iron Cross. “He knew everything about it. He even knew that Hitler had redesigned it for his medals," Coan reportedly told Radaronline.



Jesse’s former stepmother said that she's coming forward with this information since he accused his father of abusing him during his TV interview, abuse which Coan says never happened.

Bruce Beresford-Redman, Former 'Survivor' Producer, Waltzing Around L.A.... Even Gets Hired for New Reality Show??

This infuriates us! It's so wrong. His wife was found dead in the sewer of their resort in Cancun, Mexico, a little more than a month ago... but you'd never know that, since Bruce Beresford-Redman is running errands around L.A... and even got hired for a new reality show!! The former 'Survivor' producer is a person of interest in his wife's murder investigation, and Mexican authorities had advised against him leaving the country. Still, he managed to get back to the United States on Sunday... and now he has decided he wants to re-gain custody of his children! What?!

This is so crazy. According to Los Angeles news station KTLA, the CW network has picked up a show for the 2010-11 that's partly owned Bruce Beresford-Redman. "Shedding for the Wedding" will involve a reality weight-loss competition between couples trying to slim down before their big day. KTLA said that Beresford-Redman is listed as an executive producer of the show, along with his partner Rick Hurvitz and David Broome of 25/7 Productions. TMZ also reported that the casting director who helped sell the show was none other than Joy Pierce, the woman who reportedly had an affair with Bruce.... one Bruce's wife knew all about.


This must be so devestating for Monica's family.... to know that he escaped justice in Mexico and is now flaunting himself around L.A. It's not right... and he should be behind bars!

'Person of Interest' Now A Suspect in Case of Tracy Ocasio, Missing 1 Year

The man considered a person of interest in a woman’s 2009 disappearance has now been named a suspect, a local station out of Florida is reporting. James Hataway was the last person to be seen with 27-year-old Tracy Ocasio as the pair left the Florida Tap Room Restaurant and Bar last May. Ocasio's car was found abandoned near the suspect's home shortly after the two were seen on surveillance video. According to CBS affiliate WKMG, police executed a search warrant at Hataway's house in June 2009 after hearing from several of his friends that he was interested in the "dark arts," including Satanism, murderers and cannibalism.

As far as we know, authorities have not revealed what led them to change Hataway from a P.O.I. to a suspect in the case of Tracy Ocasio.

In what comes as disturbing information, CBS News reported that Hataway is currently in jail on attempted murder charges for allegedly attacking another woman.

.... It's a shame this sicko has eluded police long enough that he could re-offend. Hopefully while in jail they get him to reveal what happened to this beautiful woman, and that way her family will have some closure.

Sandra Bullock Set to Attend MTV Movie Awards

Yay for the news that Sandra Bullock will be attending this year's MTV Movie Awards, as it will be her first televised appearance since the Oscars. People reports that Bullock has been named as the recipient of this year's MTV Generation Award, and she will be on hand during the show to accept the honor.

This year marks the first time a woman has received this award. Past recipients include Ben Stiller, Adam Sandler, Mike Myers, Tom Cruise and Jim Carrey.

The Movie Awards will air live on Sunday, June 6 at 9 p.m. ET.

Undercover Investigation Reveals Horrific Abuse of Cows & Calves on Ohio Dairy Farm

An investigation done by Mercy For Animals has uncovered extremely disturbing footage of cows and calves being abused at Conklin Dairy Farms in Plain City, Ohio. The video shows workers beating cows with crowbars, stabbing them with pitchforks and punching them in their heads. One man is actually shown wiring a cow’s nose to a metal bar near the ground and repeatedly beating it with another bar while it bleeds.

The results of this undercover investigation make us physically ill. Not only is this treatment of animals horrendous.... these men go out of their way to hurt animals who aren't doing anything except standing there. They live their lives in these pens and in addition they get tortured. It's TERRIBLE!!! And MUST STOP.

NFL Star Being Sued by Pregnant Exotic Dancer

The Washington Redskins' Albert Haynesworth is being sued by a Brooklyn, NY stripper who claims he impregnated her then abandoned her upon learning that she was expecting. According to a story published by the New York Post, a woman by the name of Silvia Mena wants $10 million from the football star, whom she says promised to "emotionally and financially support" her upon learning that she was pregnant. Mena claims in court documents that Haynesworth has failed to provide any emotional or financial support since then.

"It is very stressful, I cry all the time," Silvia Mena told the Post.
The 25-year-old exotic dancer alleges that Haynesworth met her in Miami during Super Bowl Week and later invited her to his Tennessee home.

Mena's lawyer told the New York Post that he was filing the suit in Brooklyn Supreme Court today. "This man is worth millions," Salvatore Strazzullo said. "She has had to apply for Medicaid to take care of her pregnancy."

Jesse James Tries to Gain Pity During Nightline Interview, Alleges Childhood Abuse

We're sooo sick of this! Men who are grade-A cheaters/liars end up trying to pin their behavior on something else.... as in, they thought they weren't good enough, so they purposely tried to sabotage it. They were made to feel worthless as a child, so when they got married, they began cheating 24/7 in order to compensate. Somehow this doesn't flow... but it's essentially what Jesse James diagrammed during his interview on Nightline.

“When I was doing it, you know, one, I knew it was horrible, it made me feel horrible,” he told ABC's Vicki Mabrey. “And two, I knew I would get caught eventually, and I think I wanted to get caught. … It was me trying to self-sabotage my life.”

During the 1-hour interview James also said that his father broke his arm when he was 7 years-old. Since then his stepmother, Janina Coan, has come out to deny the allegation, saying that Larry James "was the most caring father."

Who knows about the abuse....... but one thing is for sure... we do NOT buy James' rationale for his gross cheating ways. His double life was way too extreme and disgusting for an excuse of insecurity and/or childhood issues.

On a positive note it seems like Sandra is moving on with her life..... and forgetting about "Vanilla Gorilla".

Heidi Montag is Serious About Wanting to Be in Transformers 3..... She Recorded an Audition Tape!

Heidi Montag actually made a video of herself shooting at practice targets........ and during the clip she says, "This is for you, Michael Bay!"

Radaronline.com posted the outrageous "audition tape" that shows the Hills star shooting targets while at American Defense Enterprises, a company which specializes in firearms training by ex special forces and law enforcement. Heidi apparently tried to post the clip to what she thought was Michael Bay's Twitter page... but she chose the wrong person. According to Radar, someone who calls himself "the fake Michael Bay" tweeted back to her: "Thanks sweetheart, but how are you with Turtle wax on Ferrari paint?"


How does Heidi not realize that it's her persona that wouldn't work here?? As in, it'd make the whole movie a joke!

Alabama County Commissioner Charged in Murder of Alleged Mistress

Alabama's Mobile County Commissioner was indicted Monday for the murder of his alleged mistress, CBS News reports. Stephen Nodine is charged in the May 9th shooting death of Angel Downs, a woman with whom he had reportedly been having a rocky extra-marital affair. CBS News said that Downs was shot once in the head in the driveway of her Gulf Shores, Ala., home.

Nodine, whom police named as their only suspect in the slaying, is also accused of abusing Downs during their affair. "There was a history there," Baldwin County Sheriff Huey "Hoss" Mack told reporters. "I think it escalated that night. I think the evidence is going to show that there was a confrontation, and the result of that confrontation ended in Ms. Downs being shot and subsequently dying. I think that the state will be able to prove that."

Just five days after the murder, Mobile County Commissioner Stephen Nodine ran into another kind of trouble when he was indicted for ethics violations. A grand jury recommended that Nodine step down as Commissioner after a laundry list of offenses were presented. Surprisingly, the alleged abuse of Angel Downs was actually named in the indictment, according to the Mobile Press-Register. Nodine is also accused of misusing county property and funds and fraudulently purchasing more than 2,400 Lortab painkillers from nine pharmacies in four states.

Search for Pregnant Teen, Feared Murdered, to Continue in southern California Landfills

Investigators and volunteers continued searching landfills in Corona and Rialto today for the body of pregnant 17-year-old Anyssia Escamilla, who was reported missing after she failed to return home from school on May 11th. According to police, the decision to search these landfills came after Escamilla's 18-year-old boyfriend admitted to killing her and throwing her body in a trash can. "He did indicate that he was responsible for her death and had put her into a trash can after he killed her, which is what brought us here," Sgt. Billy Green said at a news conference Monday at a Rialto landfill.

Jesus Avitia Jr. has been charged with two counts of murder, including one for the victim's unborn child.

Although police have not commented on a motive for the crime, CBS News reported that Escamilla's parents said that the boyfriend's family disapproved of the relationship because Anyssia had a 3-year-old son from a previous relationship.

TERRIBLE!!! To put your hands on... much less MURDER the girl you impregnated. Thankfully this poor excuse of a human being is 18 and will be tried as an adult for these heinous crimes.

Amber Dubois' Father Wants Special IDs for Sex Offenders

The father of a young girl killed in California last year wants sex offenders to essentially be branded for their crimes... and we couldn't be more for it.

Moe Dubois spoke with CBS affiliate KCAL about a legislative package that
he drafted with California Assemblyman Pedro Nava. The proposed legislation would assist law enforcement in better identifying and tracking sex offenders. "We believe that the time is now to implement thoughtful legislation that will make a real difference in the lives of missing children," Dubois told KCAL. "We want to use our loss to bring about real change so that no family has to go through what we did."

According to a source, the proposed legislation would require that registered sex offenders carry distinctive driver's licenses or state-issued IDs that bear a mark that immediately identifies that person as a sex offender. In anticipation of who might call it a blatant civil rights violation, San Diego station KNDS pointed out that both Delaware and Louisiana already issue special identification to sex offenders. Louisiana's is branded with a bold "SEX OFFENDER" and Delaware's features a "Y" designation.

Teen Mother & Her Baby Missing in Maryland for 3 Weeks

Detectives with the Montgomery County Police Department are searching for a missing Silver Spring teen and her baby girl, both of whom were last seen nearly 3 weeks ago. The last known location of Erin Rodgers, 19, and 22-month-old Safina was their residence in the 9100 block of Sudbury Road in Silver Spring on May 6, according to a police press release. Numerous attempts to contact them have gone unanswered, and police say Rodgers’ family is very worried about their daughter and grandchild. 

Erin is described as a white female, 5'0" tall, and weighing 100 pounds. She has hazel eyes, long black hair, and wears glasses. The baby girl, Safina Rodgers, is also white and weighs 27 pounds. She has blue eyes and light blonde hair.

Police do not suspect foul play, but are asking anyone with any information about Rodgers and her daughter to call the Montgomery County Police 3rd District Investgative Section at 301-565-5835.

Joe Francis Accused of Attacking Pregnant Employee!

After this latest stunt we can say that Joe Francis definitely hits women.... and this time he allegedly attacked one that's pregnant!! RadarOnline first broke the news that the Girls Gone Wild founder was being accused of assault by two of his employees after an incident that occurred on Friday. Now the same source claims to have details from a police report that was filed, and there's no doubt they show Francis as a cowardly woman beater!

Apparently the scuffle involving Francis and two Mantra Films employees started after he intercepted a text-message one was sending to a news media outlet. According to radaronline, the message had something to do with the ‘bad’ things Joe Francis was doing at his company. After reading what was on the phone, Francis was furious, and this is when he lashed out at the two women:

“Joe came back and physically attacked the female employee and another employee in the accounting department who was visibly pregnant,” the source said. Interestingly enough, Francis allegedly fired all employees who managed to witness the altercation. Radaronline stated that the police report described a civil dispute with allegations of Francis “pushing” female employees who intended to distribute negative press material about him.

Video Shows Bus Driver Saving Baby Found Sitting in the Middle of the Street

This is one of those stories that just goes to show how negligent some parents are when it comes to the safety of their children. In our opinion, they shouldn't have custody if things like this are going to happen.

Several days ago in San Antonio, TX., bus cameras captured the image of a baby girl sitting in the middle of the road, directly in the path of oncoming traffic. "From a distance I can't tell exactly what it is," driver Mike Hubbard told WOAI-TV, the NBC affiliate in San Antonio. "It looks like a dog, something moving around, I can't really tell what it was. ... I started slowing down and then I noticed it's a baby in the middle of the street."

Hubbard stopped the bus just feet from the 14-month-old child, who was later identified as Destiny Flores. A few seconds later her father came running out of the house and scooped her up, not saying a word to Hubbard as he left.

According to a report on WOAI-TV, Destiny's mother, Catherine Gonzales, 25, said she and her husband heard the bus's brakes and horn that night while they were watching TV in their living room. She said they don't how their daughter got outside. "We had the door open, but there's a screen door," she told the station. "I had the lock on it, but I don't know, maybe I didn't put it all the way and she just snuck out. I really can't even tell you."

According to AOL News, Destiny's mother appeared on NBC's "Today" show Friday morning with her sister-in-law and Hubbard, the bus driver credited with finding the girl before any collision could have taken place. "Today" said Gonzales' girls were taken away for a few days last month by Child Protective Services and then returned to the family. Apparently the Child Protective Services' investigation goes beyond what is seen on the videotape and includes possible drug and alcohol abuse by Destiny's father and domestic violence.

This lady shouldn't have her babies... if she does, she needs a full-time babysitter. We can't figure out how a 14-month-old could waddle past her parents (without them seeing) and manage to open the door herself. Bottom line... total irresponsibility!

Former 'Survivor' Producer Leaves Mexico, Returns to the U.S. despite Advice to the Contrary

The former 'Survivor' producer whose wife was found slain in Mexico more than a month ago has returned to the United States, CNN News is reporting. Bruce Beresford-Redman remains a 'person of interest' in case, which might be why Mexican authorities had asked him not to leave the country while they continued their investigation. The Los Angeles Times reported that yesterday the prosecutor handling the case said that he has been unable to locate the husband in the past week to "sign some paperwork and answer a few additional questions."

Beresford-Redman's attorney offered a statement to CNN:

"Bruce Beresford-Redman has returned to Los Angeles County to be with his children and to attend to family and personal matters," Richard Hirsch said.

The sisters of the victim issued a statement Saturday upon learning of the news that Beresford-Redman could not be located in Mexico:

"When the Burgos Family learned today that Bruce Beresford-Redman cannot be located, our greatest fears about the investigation being conducted by the Mexican authorities were realized," they said.

According to various sources, the Beresford-Redmans had originally gone to Cancun to work on their marriage. Witnesses reported seeing them arguing the night before Monica was found.

Megan Fox to Allure Magazine: Those Considering Plastic Surgery Should Seek Therapy

Wait... what?

We think Megan Fox is the hottest woman on the planet.........hands down. But some of the things that come out of her mouth are just bizarre, and her interview in the latest issue of Allure is no exception. Apparently the Transformers star believes that those wanting to go under the knife should lay down on a couch first.... as in, seek therapy.

“I would encourage anyone to first speak with a therapist, to try and figure out where this want comes from, because a lot of times it’s not related to your teeth or your nose or your chin, the surgery is not going to alleviate that insecurity for you,” Megan tells Allure Magazine in its June issue. “If, then, you feel, ‘This is something that I want to do,’ then do it. It’s amazing that we have the technology to do the stuff that we do.”

That's probably some pretty good advice.... but coming from someone who has made quite the transformation herself....  well, we find it to be a bit hypocritical. Twins Charged in Mother's Death

The twin daughters of a Conyers woman found stabbed to death earlier this year are being charged with her murder. 16-year-old Tasmiyah and Jasmiyah Whitehead were arrested early Friday morning after evidence found at the crime scene directly linked them to the slaying, CBS Atlanta reported. The teens will be charged as adults.

Jarmecca Whitehead, age 34, was found stabbed to death in her home on Appaloosa Way on January 13th. The girls, then age 15, had told investigators that upon returning from school on this day, they found their mother in the bathroom of their home with several stab wounds. They say they flagged down police immediately after finding her.

Acting Police Chief and Conyers Public Safety Director Gene Wilson said in a press conference Friday that evidence from a four-month investigation clearly pointed to the girls as being directly involved in what he described as a “vicious” crime.

Another cheating scandal has popped up in H-town, and this time the alleged culprit is someone everybody loves... comedian George Lopez. Again it's the Enquirer reporting, but we won't rule them out just yet. The tabloid has been the first to publish some major cheating scandals (think Tiger Woods & John Edwards), and the stories proved factual.

In the latest issue to hit newsstands, a Tampa Bay escort tells the Enquirer that George Lopez paid her $500 for a secret hotel romp. The woman, who goes by the name Tiffany, also said that Lopez tried to set up a threesome with himself and two hookers. The text messages allegedly exchanged between Lopez and "Tiffany" are published in the Enquirer issue that's on newsstands now.

If this turns out to be true, it will be very sad and disappointing. If you remember about five years back, George's wife donated a kidney to her husband that saved his life. This makes the above story even more appalling (if it's indeed true). We will wait to see if George ends up addressing the rumor.

Cyclist Who Was Stripped of Title Claims He Used Performance-Enhancing Drugs with Lance Armstrong

An American cyclist who was stripped of the Tour De France title in 2006 after failing a drug test has managed to drop a few bombshells, and they aren't putting Lance Armstrong in a good light. The Wall Street Journal was able to review three of an unknown number of e-mails sent by disgraced cyclist Floyd Landis to biking officials and sponsors, in which he alleges drug use among Armstrong and other American cyclists. Judging from the content revealed in the WSJ's story, Landis' claims could be devestating to both Armstrong and his coach if they are true.

Landis said that he and other American riders learned how to use steroids, conduct blood transfusions, and take the synthetic blood booster Erythropoietin (or EPO). In an April 30th e-mail observed by the Journal, Landis addressed Stephen Johnson, the president of USA Cycling. He dropped another bombshell--that Armstrong's coach was the one who had introduced him to doping, during his first two years on the U.S. Postal Service team. What's more, Landis said Mr. Bruyneel taught him how to carry out blood transfusions that doping officials wouldn't be able to detect. He added that Mr. Armstrong helped him understand the way the drugs worked.

In what is probably the biggest blast to come out of the accusations, the former competitor mentions a 2003 trip he made to a training camp in Spain, where he says he had blood extracted in Armstrong's apartment for the purpose of later using it in the Tour de France. According to the story, blood bags belonging to both Armstrong and his then-teammate George Hincapie were kept in a refrigerator. The disgraced cyclist claims that Armstrong had him check the temperature of the blood daily. When Armstrong went out of town, he allegedly asked Landis to make sure that the electricity didn't go off and ruin the blood. (Wall Street Journal)

Earlier today Lance Armstrong held a press conference in which he denied the allegations made by Floyd Landis, the Associated Press reported. The conference took place before Armstrong was to compete in the Tour of California. "It's our word against his word,'' he said before the fifth stage of the race. "Floyd lost his credibility a long time ago.''

Jesse James Scheduled for First TV Interview Since Cheating Scandal Broke; Will Discuss Sandra Bullock, Rehab, & the Adoption

ABC News announced today that Jesse James is set to appear on next Tuesday's 'Nightline,' in what will be his first television interview since the news of his cheating scandal broke this past March. According to ABC's website, Sandra Bullock's (soon to be) ex-husband will sit down with Vicki Mabrey to answer the burning questions surrounding his alleged affairs and the collapse of his marriage. James will also discuss his stint in rehab and the role he will play in raising Louis, the New Orleans baby boy he and Bullock adopted earlier this year.

Celeb blogger Perez Hilton said earlier today that J.J. supposedly breaks down and cries during the interview... lol. we can't wait to see that.

Woman's Body Found in Suitcase that was Floating in San Francisco Bay

The San Francisco Bay will forever have a black cloud over its name, after the bodies of two high-profile murder victims were found floating within its waters. Laci Peterson and Imette St. Guillen were both pregnant at the time of their deaths. Now another woman in the same age group as these two has been found dead, and the details surrounding the discovery are quite gruesome.

On Tuesday the body of a slain female was found in a suitcase floating
in the bay off the Embarcadero in San Francisco, police announced earlier today. According to the S.F. Chronicle, a young child walking on the waterfront's roadway noticed the suitcase and alerted a relative, who then called authorities. Police are treating the case as a homicide, although a cause of death hasn't been determined yet. Investigators have revealed that they believe the unidentified woman is a white or light-skinned Latina who appears to be in her 30's.

Lt. Mike Stasko stated in the Chronicle's article that the suitcase had probably been in the water for only a couple of days, based on the body's condition.

Body Found in Greeley, CO., Ditch... is it 12-year-old Kayleah Wilson?

Early this morning an irrigation worker in Greeley, CO. came across a badly decomposed body in a ditch, and now many fear it could be the 12-year-old girl who went missing from the same area two months ago. A law enforcement source reportedly told Denver's 7NEWS that it is the same size, sex and age as Kayleah Wilson, the sixth-grader who disappeared on March 28th of this year. The girl was last seen near the Greeley mall as she walked a short distance to a friend's birthday party. She never made it, and police had searched the same area where this body was found several times prior to today's discovery, ABC's Channel 7 reports. Investigators speculate that the searches may have occurred when the water was low, or when the ditch was relatively dry. ABC's local affiliate said that a high-ranking law enforcement source told CALL7 Investigators that based on current information the FBI believes it is the body of Kayleah Wilson but cannot definitively confirm it dental records are compared.

Immediately following her disappearance, a tireless search began for the 12-year-old, but nothing was found in terms of the girl herself or evidence possibly related to her disappearance. Both family and friends of Kayleah Wilson have said that she isn't the type to run away.


So sad :( This kind of thing has got to stop!! There are so many sickos out there... children and teenagers cannot walk alone ANYWHERE.

Memphis Police: Toddler Beaten to Death with Basketball Shoe

The cases of child abuse in this country (that make it to the news) are getting worse and worse by the day. The story below describes the most senseless, awful crime committed against a toddler... all because she "had an accident"!!!!

A Memphis man has been charged with first degree murder and two counts of aggravated child abuse after he beat a toddler to death with a basketball sneaker. In an affidavit obtained by CBS affiliate WREG, Calvin Jones told police he was babysitting the 2-year-old girl Friday May 14, when she accidentally defecated on herself. Jones told police he used "a basketball shoe" and the back of his hand to hit the child several times.

CBS reports that the child's mother, Anisha Alford, is being charged with one count of aggravated child abuse. Police say Alford admitted her daughter had spit up, and complained of being cold and feeling sick, but she took no action. It is not known at this point if she was aware of the beating.

Authorities say Alford and Jones found the child dead Saturday morning.

Why in the hell was this man babysitting a child in the first place??? This mother should be charged with child abuse.

So sick of people treating the children that they mother and/or father as disposable objects. These are human lives............. if you can't care for a child then you shouldn't of had one!!!!!

We were just waiting for more to come out of the woodwork. David Boreanaz and his wife Jamie (pictured left) have been spotted out and about lately, putting on a united front for their family. This followed Boreanaz' recent interview with People magazine, in which he admitted his past infidelities.

But now it appears that the Bones star has another dirty secret, one that might just push his wife over the edge. The self-confessed cheater allegedly had relations with a porn star, according to a witness at Radaronline.com. The source told the website that they saw Boreanaz with the 43-year-old retired adult film star at a private house party last Easter. The two supposedly went into her bedroom several times. Aside from this main account, Radaronline.com says that it reached two other people who can confirm Boreanaz' hookup with Rodriguez at the Encino, CA., home.

One other source told Radaronline:

“Boreanaz turned up at an Easter party at the house with another guy and he ended-up staying the night."

“Gina had the master bedroom and suite at the house and I saw him walking around (not fully dressed) the following morning."

“On another occasion one of my friends drove them to the Guys And Dolls nightclub, and I saw him at the house on at least three more occasions after that.

Houston Man Accused of Shooting Pregnant Wife While their 3 Kids Sat Inside

There are no words to describe how absolutely sickening this is. OUTRAGE!!!

A Houston-area man accused of shooting his pregnant wife while their 3 children sat inside the home had some rather appalling words for police Sunday night as they hauled the 37-year-old off to jail. "She had it coming," Michael McDougall reportedly responded after someone asked why he killed his wife. The petroleum engineer from Spring, Texas, is charged with killing his wife, Jennifer McDougall, who was about six months pregnant with a baby girl. The Harris County Sheriff's Office says the 30-year-old mother was shot several times outside her home, and her unborn child also did not survive. According to ABC local news, the other children, ages 2, 4 and 8, were inside the house at the time of the shooting. Officers say their father brought them outside afterwards.

Investigators say witnesses reported hearing gun shots, and a woman screaming Sunday morning. CBS affiliate KHOU reports a neighbor said she could hear Jennifer McDougall screaming for help, "Help me. Help me. What are you doing? Somebody please help me."


What a sick bastard!!! To shoot your pregnant wife... and in front of your other children?! This poor excuse of a human being robbed these poor kids of their mother and a future sibling. Since it's Texas we are confident that this man will end up where he belongs......... in the electric chair!

Supreme Court Rules that Sex Offenders Can Be Held After their Prison Terms Expire

This is relieving.............

The Supreme Court has ruled that federal officials can hold inmates considered "sexually dangerous" for an indefinite period of time following the completion of their prison terms. CBS News reports that today's decision reversed a previous one made by the lower courts last year. The statute aims to control individuals who are likely to re-offend. Today's ruling marks a big decision in the history of sex offender legislation, one that definitely could have come sooner.

In 2006 President George W. Bush signed the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act, which authorizes the civil commitment of sexually dangerous federal inmates. The act also established a national sex offender registry, which has been huge in tracking and locating offenders.


We wonder how this new ruling will affect the number of crimes committed against children. In the long run it's likely to lower the number significantly (if held in place and enforced).

Marc Jacobs Employee Calls Cops Over Package Containing Cocaine, Thought it was Anthrax

lol... this is kinda funny. Sucks for the girl who turned it in, since now she'll probably be under investigation for drug trafficking.

The New York Post reported today that an employee at the SoHo Marc Jacobs store called the cops after receiving a package from California that she mistook for anthrax. After running a test, police determined the substance was actually cocaine, and the employee was taken in for questioning.

A source told the Post:
"The girl has no idea why she was sent it. The cops are looking into whether it was intended for someone else in the building. But she was not happy with how she was treated by the police and is considering filing charges."

A rep for Marc Jacobs had no comment, while a manager at the store hung up.

Miss USA scandal: Did Winner Strip?

Why do all these pageant winners have pasts that include pictures of boob flashings and/or other lewd acts?? Didn't they ever imagine they'd be in the public eye one day?

A day after winning the Miss USA title, Michigan's contestant will have to deal with drama stemming from pictures of her that were taken in 2007. Rima Fakih, 24, is shown participating in a dance contest that took place at The Coliseum strip club in Detroit. The pictures first surfaced on the website of a radio station that hosted the event, and since then 99.5 FM's "Mojo in the Morning" has heard from Miss USA pageant reps, Star reports.

Although the pictures seem racy, Donald Trump has stated that nothing will happen to the newly-crowned Miss USA because "she's fully clothed and a high quality person.” (Star magazine)

Former Food Network Host Murder-for-Hire Plot: Text Messages Say He Had Alternative Hitman Lined Up

In text messages obtained by TMZ, former Food Network host Juan-Carlos Cruz communicates with three homeless people whom he allegedly solicited in a murder-for-hire plot. Unbeknownst to Cruz, the men were working with the investigators while playing along with him. Police were able to arrest him following an undercover investigation that started early this month.

According to TMZ's story, the former 'Calorie Commando' host gave the men a cell phone so that they could contact him. In a series of poorly-written text messages, Cruz tries to ensure that the homeless men are still in on the plan. "Have 2nd party ready 2 take over if u dont want it r u in?" the chef reportedly texted. Among the other messages obtained by the source are requests by Cruz to meet with the men in order to discuss the hit. In a bizarre part of the storyline, TMZ reveals that Juan-Carlos Cruz wanted to pay the men by giving them the ripped halves of ten $100 dollar bills, with the other halves being forked over after the murder had taken place. When the undercover participants grew frustrated with this idea and threatened to bail, Cruz reportedly texted the following response: "Have already been burned with whole bills then no show thats why do it this way."
