Family Says Missing Mom Was Stalked with Texts, Phone Calls

The family of a missing Washington woman is now saying that they believe harassment endured prior to her disappearance may be linked to possible foul play. KREM 2 News reports that detectives had been in touch with Rachel Anderson well before she disappeared because she had filed several harassment complaints with police. Her family says for months someone was texting her strange messages, calling her, and then hanging up. They fear who ever was harassing the 40-year-old mother could have kidnapped her. According to KREM 2 News Police believe Anderson's disappearance is suspicious.

The mom from Clarkston, WA., was reported missing on April 19th when she did not show up for work. Various news outlets had reported that the mom's 1997 GMC Yukon was found at a bus station in Lewiston, Idaho, which is not far from her hometown. In the latest significant development, NBC affiliate KHQ reports that investigators have found Anderson's cell phone, although they cannot disclose where it was located. Police are hoping that the phone records provide some clues in the woman's disappearance. The last time anyone saw her was the evening of Friday, April 16.

The only thing we are yearning to know is... who is the father of the children, and has he been interviewed yet? Odd how no article we've come across thus far mentions him... or a boyfriend of any kind.
