'Pretty Wild' Star rejects Plea Deal

Ha... Girl is so dumb!

One of the females accused in the Hollywood 'Bling Ring' scandal has rejected a plea deal offered by the prosecutor. The LA Times reports that on Monday 18-year-old Alexis Neiers turned down a deal that would have sentenced her to six months or a year in county jail. She is now scheduled to begin trial on May 10th on a felony burglary charge that could get her six years in prison if convicted. On Monday a Superior Court Judge also rejected Neiers' request to have the statements she made to police detectives excluded from the case. According to the Times' report, 18-year-old Alexis turned down a plea deal that would have resulted in one of the two punishments: a year in jail, three years' probation and restitution or six months in jail with a four-year suspended sentence, three years' probation and restitution. In each case, she would have been required to plead guilty to a felony.

E! channel currently hosts the reality show 'Pretty Wild,' which features Neiers and her family during the preliminary hearing. Through the show viewers learned that investigators believe Alexis can be seen on surveillance videotape while burglarizing Orlando Bloom's home. Rachel Bilson's bag was also reportedly found in her home. The LA Times article states that Neiers has insisted she was intoxicated and unaware she was involved in a break-in.

... LOL... Oook. If you'd had the opportunity to watch 'Pretty Wild' (should you be so fortunate), you'll have a chance to see a crazed Alexis having ugly crying fits on just about every episode. You'll also see her & her sister Tess trying desperately to go out and party, even though they are under the age of 21.
