Three People Arrested in Craigslist Murder, One Still on the Run

Police are working fast to bring four people to justice after a 43-year-old man was shot and killed in front of his family during the commission of a robbery which began on Craigslist. Three of the four people involved in the murder of Jim Sanders have been arrested, with the fourth still on the run. The wanted man has been identified as Clabon Terrel Berniard, 23.

Over the weekend, Amanda Knight, 21, Joshua Nathan Resse, 20, and Kiyoshi Alan Higashi, 22, were arrested during a traffic stop in California. All three pled not guilty yesterday in court to charges of first-degree murder, first-degree robbery and assault in connection with the April 28th incident.

Clabon Berniard is described as a black male, 5-foot-11-inches, brown eyes and black hair. He weighs around 200 pounds.
